The service provided by Alfred in Customer Service on the phone was tremendous and reflected the service i also receive through email responses from his colleagues Joel and Christina They are professional knowledgeable take the time to understand your needs and ensure you have everything you need to make the right decision Communication is timely respectful and very clear With the rising costs of energy to have professionals that will support you be empathetic and ensure you have everything to make an informed decision is rare

The advisor I spoke to today was absolutely amazing I have adhd and really struggle with setting up bills etc she was so calm and walked me through everything slowly I can t thank her enough I believe her name was Bal I could be wrong I recommend octopus energy to anyone Such a helpful company
