We just want to say a very big thank you to Tom at the Darlington Beaumont development He has been nothing but excellent and he is an absolute credit to Persimmon Homes They should be very proud that they have an employee like him Unfortunately the home isn t for us and we won t be going ahead but the service that we have received has been the best new home experience so far in our search We are just very sorry we won t be going ahead with this home Thank you again

New Persimmon Home - Two Year Review

Having now lived in my new Persimmon home for just over two years I can happily say the service I have received from the customer care and maintenance team has been superb Samantha at customer care has always been timely to reply she strives to turn problems to solutions and is extremely professional Ethan Leighton in maintenance are excellent too They take pride in their work pay attention to detail and enjoy a chat too which is always a plus they even helped me put together a DIY wooden dog den after they had finished the jobs on their list Mick was also great when he came to do the two year snag review All of them are a credit to Persimmon and have made our life a lot easier in our new home

First Time Buyers - The Grange

As first time buyers we were a little apprehension about the buying process When we visited The Grange we were warmly greeted by Mary Her knowledge and experience reassured us and enabled us to buy a property with all we wanted and more Mary s customer service has been nothing short of amazing Mary kept us up to date throughout the whole process and her communication was excellent She is a credit to the team at Persimmon We would recommend Mary and Persimmon and we look forward to enjoying our new home

STEVE LINES was the best person to fit out damaged sink He went above and beyond to correct and replace new sink He not only fixed our undersink unit he also connected washing machine and dishwasher outlets
