My wife and I believe it is essential to acknowledge excellent service when it is delivered On our visit to the sales office the sales person Yasmine was very helpful and knowledgeable She talked through the options available to us Yasmine s excellent customer service skills were evident Her attentiveness and ability to listen to our needs made us feel valued as customers Yasmine addressed all our questions providing us with thorough explanations A follow up phone call a few days later from one of Yasmine s colleague to ask if they could help further with anything else was helpful too

I have been renting with Dandara for 2 years the renting process was very quick and straight forward Brendan McGill it s an amazing professional always available and goes the extra mile to help his clients Last week I went in holidays in Cyprus when at the aeroport I realized I have forgotten my house key at the hotel A simple call to Brendan I mange to have my extra key ready when I arrived in jersey at 23h I couldn t ask for a better service Thanks for the work you do

As I hadn t sold my house went with Dandara s moving made easy package It was indeed easy All the conveyancing was organised for me I was fully supported by Jaqueline at the sales office at Eskbank She was so helpful and provided information all along the process Everything went like clockwork and the day I moved in Jacqueline and Stuart the site manager were there to meet me They explained how everything works and would be there to support me settle in Which they did and assured me if there were any problems they were there to help Could not have asked for more Very professional and helpful
