Platform Issues

At first it didn t recognize my Commonwealth Bank account or my full name in its entirety but without notifying me the reasons it just wouldn t take me anywhere when I clicked submit I perused the Terms and Conditions again and I was given a new email link where I was able to proceed and submit my request I also used a different bank account the one I paid the ticket with - this time it processed But I think there is a bug in the system

Fairly painless process for a refund A family member passed away of my friend who could not go to the event There was a provision to upload the death certificate but not mandatory Seems like over reach to me

The questions were really easy to answer and in a great format and I was extremely surprised that the refund was automatically approved You must be using AI software and it really made the whole experience so easy
