Easy to follow but do not like giving

i think right at the start of the application it would help alot if - they was a note advising what documents you are going to need to attach before you actually get into filling the forms in so you have them ready i was forward and backwards on the first one

Once I was advised on how to go about receiving my returned because of illness I then knew exactly how to do it I am elderly but have the assistance was really appreciated Thank you

The refund was very prompt once other

Easy to follow but do not like giving bank account details should be able to give card used for payment detail fir refund

Helpful and easy to deal with

i don t think it should be so hard to get a refund when refundable tickets are purchased and i have a legitimate reason for the refundthe amount of forms and lack of help makes you feel like not bothering to push for a refund and that s not right

No medical form

The refund was very prompt once other issues were sorted namely having to give medical evidence on the refund form which is not always possible so you can t fill out the form and send it without it also for some reason it wouldn t except my sort code kept saying invalid but yes once sorted the refund was very prompt

Easy to use and navigate

The main issue both we and our Doctor had was that there are only information guidelines about information required Medical specialists are used to filling in forms so please have a form available when one selects illness injury etc as a cause This will speed up processing

Questionnaire easy to fill in except placing date of condition which has been ongoing for over 30 years having to place the date is hard

Questionnaire easy to fill in except the area where date when illness was first diagnosed became partner has suffered bouts of bronchitis since being in the Defence Force over 30 years ago using the calendar really was not a good thing Maybe have an additional option for long term illnesses Thanks

Very quick process

Very quick process the only thing that i could question was the Emergencies Services recall to duty section does not have option other than Army or Navy No Police SES DFES or SJA the Navy don t tend to be recalled folks Police are recalled almost daily

I am So greatful for their timely

I am So greatful for their timely response on taking care of my refund My daughter unfortunately got an ear infection the day before we were supposed to take our trip I was able to put my request in which was very easy to submit and received notification within 5 to 10 minutes after submission The next day it was approved Thank you so much for your help and making this so easy for us

Was an easy process but it is difficult to prove a relationship eg Relation to nephew Perhaps providing some ideas of how someone could do this eg Written note could be useful
