Got my newly house built snagged on 15th April I must say it was very detailed would not have possible to identify with naked eye The Snagger took good 2-3 hours to investigate the house and published a very comprehensive report I am much satisfied now

Easy booking system and clear FAQ on the website There were some hiccups in the execution as once it was cancelled due to sick leave of the surveyor and second time the surveyor forgot to do the inspection However via WhatsApp a new appointment was made quickly and the report was sent on the same day Happy with the quick WhatsApp responses

Easy to book Very responsive over Whatsapp which made it very easy to rebook at short notice Helpful report detailing things we would have never realised or spotted ourselves Saved a lot of time once we moved in as a lot of the snagging had already been done The snag report could have been a little more detailed in terms of where specifically snags had been spotted It would also have been helpful if little coloured bits of tape had been placed on walls skirting windows ceilings where snags had been identified as we ve had this done by snaggers in the past which turns out to be particularly helpful when trades people start coming in to put right some of the issues

Snag my new home was really easy to book and super easy to change dates which I had to do a few times Whats app was great to contact them we weren t able to be there when the inspection happened but they coordinated with the site developers and everything went to plan The report was great - everything was inspected and photos and details shared promptly we had the inspection 3-5pm and the report was with us by 1pm the next day Great experience
