Great service

Booked a visit on the Saturday arrived on the Monday to carry out the snagging Found plenty of snags within the new build property all minor issues nothing major for us to return to the developers to amend Very efficient and cost effective service

Excellent communication throughout

Communication with this company was excellent right from the first point of contact Everything went as booked surveyor informed me of his arrival and carried out the inspection as expected The report followed promptly and was in a clear format making it very easy to understand The site manager commented on the clarity of the findings and it certainly made it easier to highlight snags to the builder Would recommend to anyone buying a new build where clarity is key

10 10 highly recommend

Great service My original snagger that I had booked cancelled on me last minute and I needed to get my snag report in 48 hours later I managed to book an appt for the next day and they came round at the exact time Liam was wonderful explained everything to us really well He drove quite far to come to us and we really appreciated the effort We explained we needed our snag report in within 24 hours and he sent it to us the next morning on time What a wonderful guy and wonderful company Thankyou guys

Fast and efficient service

Quick and easy online booking system booked late Friday night for a slot on the Sunday Report sent to us by 10pm the following day and found snags we would never have realised were there Big thank you to SMNH

Great experience and a comprehensive

Great experience and a comprehensive report Would highly recommend for anyone who has purchased a new build property for peace of mind and the fact that they will notice things that you most definitely will not I got the raport the day after the survey was done

Great inspection and report by Moh

We had our snagging inspection done by Moh who found over 80 snags and shared them with us in a well-presented PDF report Moh was very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us understand why each snag was important He found issues that we d never have thought to look for Now we have clear proof of what needs to be fixed we re working with our developer to address each of the snags If you have a new build property I d 100 recommend the service for peace of mind and to protect your investment

Outstanding service

Mo came this Thursday and did an amazing snagging job for our new home He is very professional and knowledgeable pointing out a lot of snags which we cannot notice by ourselves Customer service is very good once you booked the appointment Lina immediately contacted us and kept us updated Very kind and nice This is a definitely recommend thing you need to do if you move to your new home We highly recommend 5 star service

Definitely would recommend

Waseem was very observant and manged to find many defects in my flat with his special gadgets but he also assured me that the build was up to standards I ve past on his report to my developer and hopefully they ll do all the fixes He manged to find my flat s location which was difficult as the address was new so kudos to him
