Professional snag

We had our inspection done with Mo for our new built property He explained all the snags made us aware what is more important and what to pass to our customer care He also gave advice what could be potentially done and what cannot due to building tolerance

So worth doing

So worth doing Mo was great he asked us to show him round the house and point out snags which we had found and then spent 1-2 hours thoroughly checking room by room The report we received with pictures and detailing the snag is super useful for us to pass onto our developer This has definitely put our mind at ease and helped us in understanding what things need to be fixed as they re within our rights of purchasing a new build Thanks for the great service

Friendly and knowledgeable

Paul was prompt super friendly and extremely thorough He listened to some of the concerns I already had and explained how why some snags had happened and how they could be a problem He clearly had a great deal of knowledge of the house building industry from his previous work experience and I felt confident in his work Paul had picked up on things that I never would have noticed or known was a problem until it became a problem or just thought I would just have to put up with e g a badly scuffed marked window handle The snag report arrived earlier than estimated and the booking process in general was simple and straightforward Highly recommended and money well spent

Snag My New Home was easy and efficient I was originally dubious about paying up front instead of putting down a deposit however it was 100 worth it The gentleman that came to complete the survey was polite helpful and explained everything he was doing The survey itself arrived just over 24 hours later which is a very fast turnaround which was appreciated The watsapp chat is very helpful and they respond to any question in minutes I would absolutely recommend

Very Good service I have booked it only a day before and there was no hassle I was able to speak to customer care executives quickly and able to confirm that everything is set as per the booking Actual snagging took place for close to 1 5-2hrs but most issues were reported

Very professional reliable helpful and friendly team The snag to my new built was arranged in less than 4 days before my completion date I didn t believe this could be possible however the team made it possible Special Thanks to Lina and naz for taking the time to answer my questions and for making sure I received my snag report the same day

First time I ve used a company like this Process easy to follow with online booking and payment Needed to contact them by telephone to send a new link for payment They answered promptly and actioned immediately 67 snags found lots of them I would have overlooked Hopefully the report will make it easy for the developer to accept the snags and correct

Highly recommend worth every penny

The booking was easy but because it was all online and I had to pay in full before the snagger came I was a bit nervous they would actually turn up and do the job Liam arrived and instead of staying the provisioned 2 hours stayed for 4 hours He was extremely diligent and careful in my new him He constantly updated me in little things that were more extensive and the report arrive the day later at 1pm the report itself is easy to follow and shows how thorough he was I am absolutely pleased with the result and it was worth every penny I wouldn t have found the more complex snags myself Their WhatsApp service is great too if you have any queries response time fast Definitely recommend and worth the investment

Our daughter and son-in-law recommended we had a snag inspection done and we are pleased we followed their advice Paul did an excellent job identifying many snags that either we would have missed or more likely never even looked for in the first place Thank you Snag My New Home
