Repair rather than replace

A great scheme where you end up paying about half the price for a repair The premium is small and the excess a bit higher but I got a swift replacement unit reconditioned and my broken phone will probably be repaired and go to someone else A great scheme for keeping phones in use and not in landfill The customer gets a swift replacement and everybody wins

Fantastic Repair Experience

I took out the Squaretrade accidental damage cover when I bought a Samsung A21 through Amazon I broke my screen last Thursday Dec 15th Called Squaretrade on Friday 16th and was offered 3 options 1 1-hour repair if I travelled into London which wasn t convenient 2 They would send a box for me to send my phone away to be repaired but given all the postal strikes I couldn t risk being without my phone over Christmas 3 Exchange my handset for the same model on my doorstep with a courier I chose option 3 and this happened yesterday Sunday 18th Dec and today I received an email from Squaretrade to say my claim was complete I ve never known a more efficient hassle-free insurance claim in my entire life I will definitely take out this policy again in the future if I buy a new handset

Very pleased Baffled by the bad reviews to be honest Nothing but a fantastic experience Took out insurance when buying the phone Accidently smashed the screen in a call they offered to either repair or replace Had a replacement arrive the NEXT DAY Honestly couldn t have a better experience compared to other insurance companies

My experience has been fantastic Mario basically solved by issue in few minutes and sent me a replacement in a day time Polite kind and extremely friendly Mario is very valuable in this business Thank you so much indeed for your support

Very quick and efficient

Very quick and efficient Replacement phone arrived next day Saturday Helpful staff and no hassle at all The only little quibble is that it would have been better if I could have had both the damaged and replacement phones together to do a full data transfer directly However transfer worked ok via PC

Generally Awesome

The only thing makes me dissatisfied is they only accept claim by calling And it will be a long time to wait for a agent Different addresses for purchasing insurance will result in different service hotlines which may result in multiple calls I bought an refurbished iPhone SE 2nd and they returned me a new iPhone SE 3rd because it was out of stock That really surprised me If they can accept a claim online then it will be perfect

They did their job as expected

A claim process was a bit lengthy as I had to call Amazon and Squaretrade few times because I did not have my policy number signed up for it 2 5 years however a new handset had been ready for delivery the very next day without any excess as specified in the policy As a bonus I got a bit better model which I didn t complain about I can see plenty of complaints here and this freaks me out but my experience is positive Maybe because my handset was cheap maybe because I knew details of my policy so I saved myself false and unreasonable hopes likes some people do and never read T C Everything went well and was reasonable

Speedy Replacement

The customer service agent was very helpful they advised me that as I had had my phone for over 3 years the best option was to replace it with a newer phone that was reconditioned Very happy with the replacement and the quick service Thank you
