Agents did great job and they pick up quickly max 2 3 min not half an hour like others companies do definitely satisfied

Phone repair claim

Wasnt quite sure what I was doing but easy to claim easy to send off phone back within 2 days Cant complain about that Just charging it back up so wont know for sure if its all ok but switching it on is more than I could do and I can now do that Very satisfied

Horrible company

Horrible company Was told I would receive a payment for my lost airpods nearly 3 weeks ago Have not received anything I am very disappointed Called them up today they said I would have to wait 3-5 days to receive the money That s a month now Yeah right Do not pay for this insurance it s horrible This company should be shut down for good

I am one of happy customer My daughter s phone broken that they replaced it with refurbished one under the scheme I purchased at time of buying I love the overall smooth and quick service

Staff were plesent clear and helpful over the phone Very direct everything was arranged and discussed during a phone call that lasted less than 15min The phone arrived the next day even though it was a Saturday

My experience was satisfactory

I bought the insurance on amazon for chromebook as add on for 2 years When I had an accident with it which was about a year and a bit I phoned them few questions were asked and my claim was approved instantly I was paid in 5 days as I was informed I would definitely use again and I do recommend
