Yamaha MGP24X Mixer Flight Case

I have purchased 4 Harley Benton guitars from Thomann Music They are all fantastic value for money and usually work out costing less than a second hand guitar of the same quality but with a long warranty They are a big company and you have to understand that sometimes things can go adrift a bit with deliveries especially with the post Brexit customs situation so you need to be patient when waiting for your delivery and especially on returns I had to return a archtop with a thin crack in the neck and they sent me another no problem though the process took 2 to 3 weeks The thing that I like about them is that there is always some one on the end of the phone at no cost using whatsapp I am about to buy another HB Telecaster as I can not find a better deal new or used

Such a fine company but no Pioneer gear

Yamaha MGP24X Mixer Flight Case Found item cheapest from all other sellers and quoted delivery within a week compared to 4-6 weeks by other sellers Will have to wait and see if this is fulfilled and if quality of build is sturdy enough

Experience in ordering

Such a fine company for anyone who wants to experience music Business is hard and I fully respect the work that a company likes this has to put in and the only that would be lovely is Thomann to have Pioneer gear Not only because prices are crazy and people are fooled but for the amazing service they work on

Great selection of products

For me the experience in ordering from Thomann was - Relevant information re the actual products and it was easy to access - The total price was displayed no surprises when adding to the shopping basket- Good shipping options - As a Swede I would have preferred to have Klarna as an option for paying

Responsiveness and Guidance

Great selection of products competitive prices and fast shipping Responses to questions about products usually come back within 24 hours and overall customer service is good The only reason for not giving a 5 star score was because a couple of shipments weren t packed as securely tightly as they could have been though nothing was damaged in those orders fortunately I am a repeat customer and will continue to buy gear from Thomann

I ve been shopping online with Thoman for about twenty years now and I ve never had anything but good experiences with them Even when items were out of stock or an order was processed the wrong way Thomann always sorted it out quickly and in a customer friendly way The ordered items also were delivered quickly and were always packaged in a way that would minimize any travel damage First rate I never award five stars though because there should always be room for improvement in some way even if I have nothing to complain about Thanks for the good service Thomann

Excellent website perfect products terrible delivery service

I had a guitar with a problem on the neck which I could t fix Guitar one year old Thoman took it back and fixed the neck proving they have good service and also their guitar people know their stuff Good place to buy your guitar equipment

Good service from Thomann

Your page is one of the best and in spite the fact that I am not internet friend I enjoy it a lot There s a very good description of the items Minus one star because of the bad service of your delivery partener I can not understand how the delivery man could not find anyone to delivered the package in a block of student hall with a reception office during office hours

What started as a disappointment ended well

This is the third time I have ordered from Thomann The delivery was left at my local collection point which is normally good but the first time I had a message stated the package was delivered to my collection point but nobody could find it for 3 days But having said that it has since been pretty good This is of course no reflection on Thomann who have dispatched the package quickly and have kept me updated at all times Well done Thomann
