What started as a disappointment ended well Ordered my first bass online ever Sire Marcus Miller 5 P7 came quickly but was not able to set it up properly neck Truss not adjustable enough Sent a video to Customer services got suggestions eventually handed it back for inspection Got a new unit that was quick and easy to set up and adjust plays well excellent tone Customer Services is really easy to work with responsive and helpful Thanks

Not everything can go smooth all the time I recieved a replacement speaker but it was damaged After contacting the Thomann service they picked up the problem and gave clear instructions to send it back A few days later I recieved the new speaker and my amp is blasting tones again I have no suggestions for Thomann how they could have handled the situation better

Big inventory good purchase experience horrible customer service manners Got multiple purchases here always satisfied but once i bought an expensive bass with buzzy frets I always do my fret-job myself but it is outrageous to get new instrument which I need to do it finish myself so I returned it The customer service said the bass was set up completely wrong by me That is funny because 5th fret was so high it had buzz behind 6th I asked to level frets or return money All they needed to do is to level few of them and I would be happy it is 15 min of work but they decided to sell it as B-stock D I lost lots of time and was embarrassed by them trying to convince me it is fine Got my money back so over all it is fine if you are confident person but if you do not know much about what you are buying they can deceive you

I ve ordered a B-stock Taylor guitar from Thomann Previously my shipping address assigned to my office address and I wanted to change it to my home address I typed the new address but their system changed only the city and postal code but didn t change the street address Unfortunately I ve realized it only after the order placed I ve promptly added a note to the order asking to change the address to the correct one also sent an email to them about it I ve tried to change my address several time again and again but the result was always the same The next working day their representative told that he was able to change my address However when I received the notification about the sending of the package the address was still wrong and they said they couldn t do anything Due to the invalid address it took almost 2 weeks to receive the package When I opened the box the guitar was in unplayable condition due to the high action caused by the improper neck angle I contacted Taylor support and they confirmed that the guitar needed a neck reset Taylor was very kind and professional managing the repair From the date of order it took almost 2 months until I received the repaired guitar back from Taylor After some negotiations with Thomann customer service they offered a fair compensation that I can use in my next purchase

Average prices easy orders and returns very reliable I stopped buying on Amazon since I found Thomann 4 stars instead of 5 because of the prices sometimes it would be nice to get some discount

Products well laid out Payment system very straightforward and effective

Thomann is a GREAT shop Very reliable customer friendly and offering a lot of products Prices are reasonable some of them much lower than elsewhere There is no problem with receiving money back if any equipment does not meet my expectations Always answering my requests for advice Never failed a single delivery So why not 5 stars Last several deliveries arrived packed in good quality carton boxes However there was not enough padding materials inside and the product was able to move freely inside the box That is my only complaint I ordered some really high end pedals might be I shall order some more But I would highly appreciate if the products were packed tightly inside the outer box Thank you Thoman for your good service and happy anniversary
