Whilst you can normally find what you require you do need to look elsewhere as Amazon prices are really very much higher than a lot of other places on line Delivery is overall good most of the time but prices soaring above most on line places

They are average rn i ordered one iphone 15 pro max with prime subscribe it supposed to come next day but they delayed it for 2 days though every other thing gone smooth

In the Amazon app the first page of reviews are what they call Top Reviews and are the highest rated reviews Only when you go to the end of the page and select See More Reviews do you get to choose the option Most Recent reviews - which are almost always reviews with fewer stars This is misleading and unfair as it gives the impression that the product is better than it really is

Once again I have been let down by Amazon prime delivery My order was down for delivery today 26th Nov 2023 and when I checked again it is now due for delivery tomorrow I was relying on this particular item urgently which is why I chose Prime delivery and at 95 per year I expect results It is bad enough when their drivers just leave packages anywhere but when I pay for a service I expect to get that service Amazon just don t care they have gotten so big they think they can get away with a very poor service I will be requesting some money back from Amazon prime

We joined Amazon a few years ago as our son recommended themThe great thing about Amazon is the return policy and next day delivery which works brilliantly Joining Prime has been good especially for access to videos and quick delivery The 2 negatives are the high cost of joining Prime now and the cost of joining the kindle book facility Otherwise we would give Amazon 5 stars

I use amazon all the time 2 or 3 times a week but have an on going issue with deliveries I have a parcel box to keep deliveries out of site and protected But I can t find anyway to get Amazon to use the parcel box I have now raised it with Amazon customer support 5 times

It s not that bad Products often worth much less than the price shows Sometimes the destroyed products come because they will fall several times to the courier Pepsi destroyed It is easy to send back Customer service will sometimes help So I ll give them 4 stars Expensive often but better than eBay

Never had any issues with parcel delivery earned them 3 stars however their tv and films are poor So many series they give most of it free and try charging for final season Nasty trick

Generally my experience on amazon UK has been positive Delivery is usually pretty fast and I like that prime deliveries happen on Saturday and Sunday - something no courier in Ireland seems to offer In the few instances I ve had items arrive damaged they kindly allowed me to keep them while also providing a full refund However with regards to delivery drivers they are quite careless with parcels leaving them on the doorstep without making sure I m in to receive them The area I live in is rough so this definitely could lead to theft if I didn t notice them being delivered wasn t in This seems to be all prime delivery drivers so it s likely company policy Prime is also getting more expensive I m not too sure if it s worth it to continue paying for it I would appreciate the option for a cheaper prime service without any of the extras I don t use like prime video The service is too costly to justify for only using delivery Being in Ireland it is very frustrating how many items do not ship here I wish I could filter them out but unfortunately that isn t possible - I m tired of search results being full of products amazon will not send to me Generally though I do like using Amazon even though I do try shop elsewhere to support more local businesses I tend to use Amazon when something I want isn t available near me or on another site for a reasonable price

Latest delivery put into a recycling bin by the front path shared by flats in building I was in at the time but the bell wasn t rung Message said the item had been delivered to reception we don t have one and referred to a green bin Luckily it was possible to fish the item out before it was buried by recycling items Before Christmas six items forming part of five deliveries were marked as delivered which no neighbours had received and which were nowhere visible Amazon later said two of them had been mistakenly been marked as delivered and would be delivered a few days later after Christmas so unhelpful as they were for presents None of the items ever arrived and one was no longer reorderable Eventually got two replacements and the others refunded Amazon s reliability seems to have dropped Still good overall but signs of workers deliverers trying to deliver under too much pressure
