Our family has bought from Amazon UK for so many years and have been a cutomer since 2011 Amazon have always looked after us they have everything we need deliveries have been consistantly good and if returning an item Amazon have completed the refund better than a high street shop I give 5 deserved stars I dont work for Amazon but the NHS

I m aghast

Well I wrote a negative review of today s events which I ve now deleted because quite frankly Amazon Customer Service today have been phenomenal I got an attempted delivery notification even though I was here and waiting and felt rather angry Couldn t get an option to get into chat so asked for a callback and they did Spoke to Akhil who said they would contact the local delivery office and ask them to call me Cynical me thought yeah right it s Christmas Eve but lo and behold a little later I did receive a call from Mo at my local delivery office who said a redelivery would happen today Then about an hour later my redelivery arrived I was amazedSo hats off to Amazon credit where credit is due they really came through for me today

For all of the good or bad reviews about this company as a Prime member Amazon does set the high standard of how service should be rendered to customers Just think if all online suppliers had the a smooth on-time distribution and delivery service and a automated returns and refund process Amazon would see real competition Reality is most online suppliers just cannot match the technology delivery and customer service that Amazon provides Personally I would pay a little more for products purchased from Amazon when the service is this impeccable Customer shopping experience before and after sale is key something the competition are now learning

Just off the phone re a few issues and I can t say enough good words for Meni query spelling She was efficient friendly and funny throughout Felt cross initially apologies but her interpersonal skills mannerism and overall ability to resolve my issues made everything so much easier Thank you for all your help today I hope you receive some recognition for being a fantastic employee

I have never had an issue with Amazon since we started use it from 2010 as an premium Always next day delivery or the same dayAlways tracking on map provided when it s get closer to stops in my areaWhat they sell it s up me I always compare the price and see the items on Google or other research Never been scammed by Amazon The prime music prime delivery works very well Delivery always has been left in safe place or to neighbours For prime is only Amazon who never rise crazy price up like other companies and TV whales did I will keep use Amazon
