Amazon Shipping are Totally USELESS

Amazon are excellent delivers on time But Amazon Shipping is totally useless I have had 4 deliveries from different companies using Amazon Shipping and have not received any of them the depot at Thurrock is a waste of time they send you messages telling you the time of delivery then you get a message delivery rejected and bang its returned to seller

I have not had any problems with Amazon My goods arrive on time and I get regular updates and I can track my products I find that Amazon has great customer service and if I buy from a company selling through Amazon and have problems then customer services sort it out for me I will continue to buy from this company in the future and thoroughly recommend this company

I have shopped here for years for

I have shopped here for years for almost everything household products fridge freezers birthday gifts and Christmas gifts etc I pay for prime and find postage on almost every item is free to the Scottish Highlands and Islands this is usually unheard of with other companies I would shop locally for more things but choice here is very limited so Amazon fills that gap Very pleased with most orders and if I m not Amazon have always sorted it out for me with very little effort

Say what you like but Amazon are leaders in their game - no one comes close Great delivery options and no quibble returns Customer service always friendly and efficient Only wish they improve music and movie selection on Prime and make it clear when sellers are outside UK

5 Stars to Amazon ITSELF but

Amazon per se is wonderful Their service in and of themselves is impeccable with no hesitation in giving them 5 stars but where there is a letdown in their overall service is in a small number of third-party sellers they use I think they might need to have a bit of a cull to get rid of those iffy ones which they will no doubt be getting a lot of complaints for Many customers will understandably presume it s Amazon s fault when things go wrong and yes it is certainly their responsibility as the go-between but where there is a problem it s highly likely to be due to one of their dodgy third-party retailers Thanks

unbelievably excellent service

I don t know the name of the driver today but Amazon you need to applaud this guy I have had so many problems with deliveries from other delivery services invariably having to go to collect the item myself two or three miles away However your driver today not only delivered the item on time he said that he had taken notes on how to find my property again for the future That is unbelievably EXCELLENT service Please do thank him for me

With all the negativity and problems

With all the negativity and problems initially caused by delivery drivers of which I have had my fair share I can honestly say once customer service gets involved I have never had a negative resolution Without fail they resolve the issue in my favour And that s saying something as I am not one to put up with nonsense from any company see previous reviews I have done on numerous companies
