Everyone who s complaining hasn t actually shopped online in a different country I have done almost all my shopping from Amazon UK in the last three months and the experience has been exceptional Some products weren t as great as others but the refund replacement process was a breeze I am really happy

We never used Amazon until our son told us about it a few years ago so we joined and added Prime which was a reasonable price then Service has been excellent for delivery and any necessary returnsThe Kindle store is very good although it s disappointing not to be able to order books through the phone app on holiday so you depend on using the hotel wifi and your Kindle to orderThe big big negative is that Prime is now getting very expensive so we may have to reconsider keeping it soonOtherwise we fully recommend Amazon U K and Amazon com which we use for sending gifts to family in the USA

I ve seen so many bad reviews but honestly they go above and beyond for me I receive such good service every time I m never questioned they always take my side if something goes wrong I think it s a great client first model

Have made many purchases on Amazon over the years and have had no issues at all Can order late at night and it s delivered next day if you have Prime how many companies do that Cant understand why customers complain when items are left on the doorstep It s clear what day its arriving so make sure your in If you work so easy to get it delivered to a friend next door or change the day of delivery

I am a Amazon Customer for roughly 5 years Always used Prime and never had a problem Last week my wife bought a face cream and we received an item which didn t match the description from the web site When I tried to make the return I was informed the item was not eligible for return I then called the company explained the issue and got a refund in 3 minutes Excelent to hear that althought 99 of issues can be solved via the website when you have some different than usual you still can talk to someone and get your problem solved

Colours claimed are not as advertisedI ordered grey and dark grey fitted sheets and pillow cases in grey and dark grey What arrived was a grey i have never seen before and the dark grey was dark brown I cannot comment on the quality of the item as they were not removed It was only Amazon that was customer focused and resolved the matter satisfactorily

I am shocked to see Amazon has such a negative score But I m here to share my experiences living in the midlands area I shopped with eBay for 19 years but their policies are awful I started to shop with Amazon but still found prices were too high In recent months Amazon have taken on small business that offer products at a reduced price and also used items Any issues with returns the app and online version is so straight forward To top it off is their live chat They are quick and generally resolve your issue there and then I love the communication you get about delivery and when the driver is on their way Amazon was the only company through lockdown that delivered on time and had items in stock The drivers are brilliant who deliver to my area they follow instructions and protect my Parcels They also read instructions and ring me sometimes Happy Christmas to all those people working through Christmas Excellent service all round can t rave about them enough
