Always positive experiences with this company When something goes wrong they fix it quickly Not all external sellers are trustworthy but the interface allows you to locate reliable products-sellers quite easily The quality price ratio is often high especially for products sold by Amazon itself I would not want to be a shareholder but I am happy to be a customer I would rate it 7 5 10 for external sellers and 9 10 for Amazon co uk

I use them for around 4 years now So far so good Never had any serious issues 2 parcels stolen - I get my money back for both Few bottles broken and items soaked - happens - had to wait extra but all sorted Some items unavailable - no worries - there s plenty other items you can use as a substitute Whenever had any issues they always get sorted The only problem is - like some other people mention - using Royal Mail to deliver their parcels They used to knock silently and just get away with my items I was waiting for all day Sorted it by buying a big sticker for the front door saying to Ring the doorbell but you still can t track them and they never leave the parcels in the safe place like Amazon Please give them the same instructions so they know what to do

I ve had mixed experiences with Amazon Mostly positive though If I ve needed to contact customer service they ve been brilliant I m always polite and respectful and they usually are back They work under a lot of stress I never leave bad reviews before contacting the seller Gives them a chance to rectify the problem A few deliveries have been very poor but I ve always received an apology Some items in the black Friday sale were not fit for purpose I contacted Amazon and received refunds as soon as I posted the products back Not everyone likes this company but I like the fact I can shop at home Being unwell means I don t have the energy to get gifts etc Bulk food items usually work out cheaper than local supermarkets Like marmite some love or hate Amazon

I do find their service very fast and pricing very good I use them not only for products for my home but also for my pub

Everything I ve ever bought from Amazon has been good quality and anything I ve ever had issues with they ve been very quick to issue a refund on Would highly recommend buying from here

I ve used Amazon for years and I ve subscribed to Prime for most of that time I get quite a few services for my money I get deliveries although the item prices are slightly inflated I get photo storage I get limited music I also get prime TV A decent amount for my money Customer services have been very good for me they ve been useful understanding and very helpful when I ve needed them Thank you customer services Today I received an email telling me that my prime TV subscription is changing it will now include adverts you know the sort of thing you see when watching terrestrial TV for free Quite frankly if I wanted to see adverts I would watch free to view terrestrial TV or Amazon s free channel Freevee To avoid the adverts Amazon are offering to me exactly the same service that I receive right now right at this very minute but for an extra 2 99 per month on top of what I already pay Err no nope If it were a token payment like a small price increase for everyone then I could appreciate that but not an extra 35 88 per year shakes head Thank you Amazon it s been useful but it s time to say goodbye I will not be held to ransom and I will not pay you to show me adverts

I had an issue with an item that didn t arrive within the package I received one shipment I contacted Amazon UK via Live Chat and have to say it was stress free and i felt the agent understood the issue

I like Amazon however recently they have started to deliver very late I can rarely seem to find Prime items that deliver next day now however there still are and Amazon deals are becoming better and better which is why I am more inclined to use it instead of eBay now

Excellent service over the Christmas period Delivery speeds were still great Couple of times the driver left it a poor location when I was home Overly all happy
