My account got hacked and it s still blocked after a day They said they would refer it to their fraud department if it even exists but I ve heard nothing yet I am Prime customer and I ve lost ALL my services including Alexa and not being able to buy order anything until they get this done What is the problem Someone changed my email address and password so I can no longer use my account and yet they don t seem to care Unless something is done very soon I will be calling them again but next this time to close down my account because this is not acceptable Being hacked is bad enough without adding to my misery by ignoring the problem I am a vulnerable person too with hearing difficulties and find it hard on to talk on the phone and they haven t even sent me an email UPDATE From today 6th December amazon has restored my account I got an email at last from them early today to say that they had investigated and confirmed that my account had been compromised and that they had secured everything Also lots of advice of the next steps Thank You amazon

Brilliant Many times have ordered at 11pm and items arrive next day Products always great SO much range Ordered my little one a scooter it had to be a specific one and Amazon had one much cheaper Ordered it last night around 8pm and it just arrived at 10 30am Highly recommend Never been a mistake always been on time always have great prices brilliant and HIGHLY recommend
