Received a response from Barratt homes in response to this review now edited Appreciate that they followed up on this and made the effort Could improve communication but they do make an effort to address customer issues

The team were so friendly responsive and went out of their way to help

The sales advisor Emma is very helpful and cheerful The reservation procedrue is not clear enough It is quite difficult to get the reply from the sales office by email It seems that they are not checking the email regularly or something discourage them to be keeping informed for the new email The in-person reservation prosedure takes time I am quite disappointed that I cant go into the target plot to view the detail before confirming the reservation

Mansha Panesar Sales Team Leader at Brooklands addressed a lot of our queries We went with a big excel sheet of questions and she answered most of the with patience We never felt that she is trying to sell the house rather we felt like we are talking to a friend who is guiding us with the house purchase She is polite and patient I hope the team continues to maintan the same relation with us until we feel settled in the new house

The 5 promotion off houses is not the easiest to manipulate to get the best value

I am happy with the deal I got from Barratt homes the property they offered ticked all the boxes of what I want in a house There sales advisors are nice people who always try to see that every thing is going on smoothly for youHowever I couldn t give a 5 star because I feel the rooms are a bit small most especially bedroom 3

Agata at the sales office was very accomodating She made the effort to show us a similar property to the one we were interested in even though our own property was not the market Agata had a very friendly approach towards us which is better than having to listen to all the sales jargon we experienced elsewhere We eventually reserved a property and saw Chris who explained the process to us giving as much detail as possible We give full marks to both I only gave 4 stars above because i never got the price i wanted for my own house thru your p x scheme

The overall is good just that there was delay of months for 1-2 times for various reasons It may be a bit hard to arrange if you are renting a place waiting for completion But you may talk to the sales team to see how they can help

We have had a very good experience with our purchase of a Barratts home Any issues have been dealt with accordingly and we have had good support through the buying process

Barratts have made the process of buying my second Barratt home a fairly relaxed The sales negotiator was friendly and informative and not pushy at all The stressful part has been the mortgage process of jumping through so many hoops and then back n forth online of legals correspondence Upon moving in we have had great comms from the site manager The only main disappointment was the ground levels around our home Having asked the sales negotiator this question and looking into it said fine not much incline and fairly flat with some incline However upon moving in the levels are anything but level Maybe extra training for staff in understanding of level ratios and degrees would be advantageous Having asked this and given an answer was most annoyed at the severity of the levels we have to work with in our new home We have however seen the quality workmanship in the house So far so good with only a small snagging list Mr Hughes
