Part exchange scheme

Very professional from the start especially the sales coordinator an individual between a rock and a hard place who knew exactly what was going on at any time any issues arose were dealt with and followed up after sales once moved could not fault The whole sale purchase was completed in less than eight weeks and could have been sooner due to one or two minor administration errors between parties but Barratt in general with their partners made what is a life changing experience a whole less stressful

5 stars for Adrian Jacob and other contractors

Adrian and other contractors have been brilliant at repairing some snagging issues we ve had The main problem has been it taking over a year for these to be passed on from Zoe the customer service rep in the office definitely an issue Barratt should address as on that part I would give minis stars Other than that really happy with our house and Jacob the sales rep when we purchased in July 22

We had a really positive experience with Barratt homes at Grange View Sales staff were very friendly and efficient with all of the information that we requested and when we reserved a property the accompanying paperwork came through very quickly So far we cannot fault our Barratt homes experience

All the staff made me feel happy

All the staff made me feel happy about buying a new build home they were so welcoming and made me feel at home when I walked into the information centre as I was 73 and had only bought one home in my life the one I was selling Everyone went through their stories of house buying themselves Felt very much at ease

Tracy Lumsden is amazing She was very helpful Very nice and accomodating Felt very welcomed and she answered all our questions very clearly and precised The property is very beautiful Love the house Love Barratt Homes

Fantastic service The sales team could not have been more helpful when we were buying our house The site team have continued to be fab after we ve moved in too We are really happy with our new home

I truly can t thank the team at River Meadows enough They have been supportive knowledgeable and prompt in securing our new family home A variety of schemes and offers are available so it s worth giving them a call and seeing what can be worked out trust me it s worth it it certainly worked in our favour

Our second home from the Barratt Group

This is our second home from the Barratt group We lived in and loved our first one for 30 years There were a couple of issues for us which we hadn t noticed when we decided to buy so we worried that they could not be resolved as the house had been completed at this stage However the team at Penning Fold have made sure everything has been sorted for us We re beyond grateful to everyone involved for making that happen and we can t wait to move in now A huge thanks from our family

The key worker support of 5 percent was a big boost Prompt response to enquiry by the whole team was amazing Special thanks to the site sales representative Joshua who was never tired of attending to me Immediate response to concerns when we moved in is worthy of note The house design and Morden fittings are amazing The 10 years warranty covering the house put minds at rest
