I have nothing but praise for Barratt Homes Not only was buying my properties through them an easy process through which I was well supported but they also went the extra mile when I hit difficulties with the agents managing the estate on which my properties are placed Barratts fought for justice for me and oversaw a fair resolution I couldn t have been better supported Finally to say that the properties I bought are now over 6 years old There has hardly been any deterioration and I am still thrilled with them

With many new homes there can often be some snagging or other unforeseen issues However being a Facilities Manager for 20 Years I can say that projects can sometimes go wrong however what I can tell you is that the measure of a service trade or company is how its put right Yes there have been issues with my new home but Barratt Homes has certainly put everything right to my complete satisfaction Well done thanks to the management and customer care team keep it up Thoroughly recommend purchasing a new Barratt Home

Two meetings on site of about one hour were arranged The first introduced the development and allowed the proposed flat still in late stage of build to be seen The second next date started the process of actual purchase The agent was both very patient dealing with questions and had available all the details needed My previous home purchase was 45 years ago so I had no experience of what was needed today and it was so helpful to deal with someone who had access to the information

From the first moment we stepped into the sales centre we felt welcomed and in safe hands when inquiring about a new property We first met lovely Wendy who showed us around A few days later we went to Dundee to see the Glamis that we were actually interested in and Richard was very helpful and welcoming too A few days after we went again to Kirkcaldy sales office and met Karen the senior sales advisor who was extremely polite and made everything very clear for us and has been on top of her game ever since I know I can be a difficult customer but Karen reassured me through the whole process of buying a new build with part exchange thank you Karen From Paulina She got us a very good part exchange deal even though we never even considered part exchange before From the moment we decided we are going with Barratt Homes it s been an extremely pleasant process with Karen and Scott explaining everything to us including the home tour and all the deadlines We would like to thank everyone at Barratt Homes Karen Scott Wendy Richard and the part exchange manager I m sorry I forgot the lady s name for being kind and professional If we ever decide to move again we will definitely go with Barratt Homes Paulina and Colin
