Responsive Quick and Quality Service

Overall an amazing moving-in experience I ve had a lot of worries with moving into a new-build from stories I ve heard through relatives and friends But the experience so far has been great During the settling-in I ve had Alexandra M overseeing the process and she has been a great help for any questions and issues that I have She has been very responsive and was quick to arrange for checks and works to remedy the issues as well as checking through periodically while works were being done to make sure that it is carried out smoothly I did not have a lot of issues for my settling-in process but am glad that the issues I had were taken care of in such a quick and proactive manner Many thanks again to Alexandra

Very knowledgable honest and helpful

Very knowledgable and helpful in many different ways in how to move forward with purchasing a new home Honest and upfront and wanted to makes sure no one s time was wasted So far a very good experience

Amazing house and customer care

The house is amazing Well finished Customer care is also brilliant Assistant site manager Sam has been checking in and fixing things straight away if needed Couldn t have asked for a better first home

Paul and the team at Barrett s Stonebridge fields where brilliant always kept us up to date with the move the home tour was very helpful and any little snags where sorted by the following day site manager James came to see us while moving in to make sure everything was ok and they checked the next day too brilliant service

Andy has been brilliant and went the extra mile to deliver excellent service We haven t had to fight our corner to get a problem rectified Adam and his team have been fab and our issue is in the process of being sorted Thank you

Amazing

Amazing From start to finish Tracy has been amazing listened to what we wanted as a family and guided us to what would suit us Updated all the way through and the transition was smooth Even the after care has been amazing and still is We can not thank you enough for helping us find our new home

I can only write this review based on the customer care we received during the sales process as we have only just moved in and awaiting a snagging report In the lead up Angela our sales advisor has been such a warm caring and friendly point of contact We asked a million and one questions and she answered every one of them with compassion and clarity despite probably feeling fed up it was us again The contract chasing team were great as well as our buyers and their legal team weren t very proactive On handover of the house the assistant site manager was thorough and friendly We ve had a lovely experience so far so we ll see what happens after the snagging review

From start of our journey looking for a new home to moving in we have had a great experience with the company Karen and team have been great We have just moved in so if there are any issues or concerns we feel comfortable asking for help and know that we will get it resolved quickly and effectively Would thoroughly recommend so far

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service everyone we have dealt with have all been very friendly and helpful Very happy with the process in purchasing our new home still can t believe it only took 6 weeks Love the quality of the house we ve settled in very quickly
