The best car rental in Iceland

Last month I have rented a car from Blue Car rental for the sixth time Good price fast pick up and drop off procedure and friendly staff Never had any problems In March 2024 I will definitely rent a car from blue car again

Easy and good experience

I really liked renting from Blue I ve never rented a car before but after lots of comparison with other companies I decided to go with Blue since there were many good reviews I got the car I wanted discussed with Blue beforehand which car would suit me best and the pick up was fast and just a few minutes from the airport The car worked perfectly the whole trip and took us all the way on the south coast Drop of was fast and easy I would really recommend renting a car with Blue Car Rental I can t imagine it being easier than this

Seamless

Seamless Frankly Enough said But for those who like details- shopping purchase changes to the order was easy and clear as was any communication Pickup was a breeze and I like that we agreed on the existing damages before using the car The whole experience can be 100 contactless for those who may be more vulnerable Note to find it you need to go past the silver egg sperm -shaped sculpture and even past the abstract metal rainbow sculpture - it s next to some sort of hotel Maybe try looking it up on Google maps before you go so you can find it more easily The car performed well it was a nice perk to have a bit of discount on fuel on select brands thanks to the complimentary chip and then drop-off was equally a breeze

Straight forward proces

June 2021 We have just had a very pleasing experience with Blue Car Rental The promise stated on ther webpage of no hidden fees were correct and thanks to an online check in procedure the pick up was incredibly fast and likewise an easy return We felt very save during the rental period for having added the SAAP liability waver The staff was smiling and professional I have already recommended this to a friend living in Iceland so she can spread the word about this is the car rental company to use

Seamless - Fast - My favoutite rental car so far

Seamless experience with them surely my best experience with a rental car company by far Excellent customer service on social media and any other channel smooth online check in and registration very clear statements about the car and the agreements Pick up and drop off lasted no more than 5 minutes both AMAZING Impeccable service from them the car was also good I am so happy I chosen Bluecar rental I honestly recommend it to anyone going to Iceland Thank you so much for making my trip even betterSimone

Car rental for 4 days in September

I had booked a Kia ceed model for 4 days in September Got a similar Kia Stonic in tip top condition The pick up location is very near to airport and pick up was hassle free and quick The car itself was in very good condition I had a mishap just minutes before returning the car on last day Good that I had opted for the Liability waiver insurance But the people from Blue were very helpful in sorting out the paperwork quickly and dropped me at airport to make sure I got the flight So 5 stars for customer service

Impressed

I ve used many many rental companies in the past and have had my fair share of issues with cowboy operators I was surprised to see some of the problems others have had on here Admittedly perhaps it s because nothing awkward happened like a crash Both members of staff were efficient and delightful The car was a free upgrade as they didn t have the model I booked It was in good condition and they didn t go searching for miniature dents or scratches on return Also they were the only company offering half-sane pricing in August

Best price No cc needed 2 min walk no waiting

Alexis contacted me through whatsapp so could find the spot outside the airport very quickly Long waiting rows for rental pickup inside the airport just a 2 min walk away we could take the car right away Clean and modern full tank great car even doing well in the hils for its size And VERY verY GOOD price even with full insurance coverage No hidden cost no cc needed Will use it again when in Kreta Thank you Alexis and collegue

Great Service

Rental cars are a dime a dozen Blue s car was clean in good condition but the difference was the quality of service The booking process was clear and easy the pick up and drop off fast and friendly and the service via email every time I had a question or wanted to make a change was quick clear and made the process easy

Amazing Customer service

Zero queues to pick up the car Super friendly staff The car actually developed a problem on day 3 of 8 when we were 2 hours away from Reykjavik The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged for a new vehicle to be delivered to our Airbnb that same day and refunded us an additional costs from our lack of a car for that morning Very easy drop off and more super friendly staff Highly recommended
