Good customer service inc mostly good information about delivery Good prices too

Delivery issue but resolved

Order was supposed to de delivered on Friday Didn t get a call until 11 43 to say it wasn t going to arrive because of a labelling issue Next best delivery was before 2pm on SaturdayI had a floor fitter booked for Saturday morning but planks didn t arrive until 1pm Saturday Only half the floor was laid due to them being late and now have to pay for second day of installation UPDATE - Flooring King got in touch directly to understand more about this issue One of the founders explained what had happened but also took time to understand the frustration from my side The customer service was reassuring and i wouldn t be put off from ordering in the future if i need anything else

great customer service but let down by choice of delivery company no faults with the company but sadly missed 2 delivery dates after being told it was all confirmed at least customer serviced made best efforts to fix the mistakes of others

Good value but some issues with delivery

We ordered a couple of flooring products both of which were very competitively priced especially with the free delivery over a certain amount Unfortunately part of our order was delayed by about a week and a half Getting in touch by phone was easy and every call answered without any holding The impression I got was that the staff were genuinely trying their best to get the situation resolved swiftly even if I didn t always get the callbacks I was promised The main weakness was communication about delivery We were not notified that the original delivery had been cancelled nor did we know about the rescheduled deliveries until on the day so it was lucky that we were home to receive them

Goods were what we ordered - similar to a previous purchase from you However I requested delivery on Friday 28th November and I waited in all day and nothing came Before I intended to get in touch on Monday 2nd December I had a message from Palletways to say the delivery would be made on Monday morning which it was I was very disappointed that I received nothing from anyone on Friday 29th to say the delivery was not going to happen on that day Your comments would be appreciated Thank you Rex Downing

Order problem

Arranged a delivery date but came 2 days early luckily my wife wasnt working so wasn t too much of a problem The delivery i recieved was for a different customer so i am now waiting for my delivery and the pick up of the wrong delivery Karl from flooring king kept in contact to update me on new delivery and pick up of wrong delivery which both have now taken place The problem i had was a simple mistake of wrong picking in the wharehouse it happens The product is great but can only give 4 stars due to inconvenience I ve experienced
