Excellent service

I was a bit apprehensive about using Gigsberg at first as I hadn t used them before but I cannot fault their service at all Just recieved my tickets for Morgan Wallen today after a slight mix up with getting the email from Ticketmaster turned out to be my fault as id misspelled my own email address in the gigsberg site I know That being said their customer service cannot be faulted and the issue was quickly discovered and fixed due to the quickness in responding to my emails WhatsApps Will definitely be using them again

If you guys are thinking this site seems too good to be true and it must be fake you d be thinking the same as I did But being impossible to find Coldplay tickets for Dublin I took a gamble after reading some good reviews and boom quick easy and professionally the tickets were mine in my account with 24 hours Customer service even rang me when I was in the venue to insure I was in okay astounding I couldn t believe it Definitely expensive for the tickets but they were nowhere to be bought so it was worth it 10 10 absolutely legit will use again and highly recommend

Gigsberg is the Ticketmaster of Europe - very reliable

being from north america i was not so familiar with Gigsberg and tbh a tiny bit worried when tickets were still not received 1 week before show But of course all worked out perfectly and tickets were received and the concert was amazing the support team was super responsive and kept me in the loop

Excellent customer service and process

Bought a ticket for Coldplay in Dublin through Gigsberg Was a bit nervous as I d never heard of them before but they were fantastic Excellent really prompt customer service and they even called and msged me in the days before the concert to check I d got and downloaded the ticket Really nice friendly staff Would definitely use them again and Coldplay were amazing too

The whole process was straight forward and easy to use you have to remember and except you re paying premium prices for a reason Communication was good throughout and even when it came down to only a few days before the event which was actually abroad and the tickets hadn t arrived there was no panic just reassurance As promised the tickets arrived and transferred with no issues and all worked just fine Thank you

I could not find electronic tickets

I could not find electronic tickets anywhere and really started to panic On chat so helpful Telling me the day they were sent giving me keywords and asked me to check junk folder that s where they were Dealing with me can be a frustrating experience when I m in the panic zone This team are fabulous Would highly recommend Also so quick replying to you THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY
