I booked tickets for a May 8th concert in January No tickets arrived so I began to contact Gigsberg using the support email and the chat function They said don t worry should arrive in week before they did not Then they said 3 days before then 1to 2 days they didn t come Then they said 12-24 hours before Today at midday on 8th May I was a bit panicked as my two daughters arrived from Ireland for the concert Finally one ticket arrived via an email at 3 20 pm Had to download the event location App and get the QR code and send to my daughter Finally at 3 40 pm I was prompted by Gigsberg to look in Junk and a second email with a link had gone there Went through same process and finally by now 4pm they got both QR codes on their phones which I sure hope will admit them this evening at 7pm Was a painful process and I will not be using them again

Hello i m trying to buy two tickets for the arctic monkeys concert in Rome I registered on gigsberg and filled all the info required I put my bank account info to purchase the tickets and confirmed the payment from my bank app but nothing happened I didn t receive any confirmation email and the money from the bank have not been taken Now i m a little scared cause I don t know if this process requires time or the payment wasn t successful I want to try again but like i said i m affraid cause when i confirmed from my bank account it said the confirmation was successful Can you please help clarify

Tickets delivered with sufficient advance I think therefore Gigsberg should do more to fight black market allowing only a decent price increase max 2x

Bought tickets for bruce springsteen concert for barcelona apr 2023Showed up at the gate and when code was scanned tickets were deemed invalidI was told happens all the time And when we went to ticket office there were another 40-50 people with similar experienceWill never buy here again Fortunately Gigsberg refunded the full amount with relative ease

The concert was amazing While I did receive tickets I paid for Category 2 seats but my neighbor s ticket marked as Category 3 with restricted view seating was for the same seat and cost much less on the official website I wish I had been seated in an actual Category 2 seat closer to the stage as promised when I bought the tickets

The tickets were in fact real and legit however they arrived last minute and caused a certain amount of anxiety and uncertainty and made me question if I was being scammed A few days before the concert I got an email saying that the tickets I have paid for are no longer available due to unforseen circumstances and was asked if alternative tickets would suffice instead I declined and replied that I paid for certain tickets and if they can t be supplied then I would like to enquire about a refund An hour later I received another generic email with another offer with different tickets yet again and I forwarded the previous email explaining that I would wish to enquire for a refund as the tickets I paid for were no longer available I was then informed that my email was understood and someone from a different department will be in touch with me I was under the impression that no tickets would be supplied and I was being scammed told my father to cancel his day off work as the concert is a no go Days go by and I was under the impression the refund will be processed soon I ve luckily had no plans for the day of when the concert would take place and to my surprise I received completely different tickets from the ones I paid for and different from the two others that I was offered as alternatives in the prior days I thought I d try my luck as it was all legitimate via the AXS app and the ticket has worked Shame my father could no longer come all could have been avoided with proper communication and adequate re-assurance oh and not to mention the hefty price tag expensive for a single ticket but cheaper than what I ve seen on other rival platforms

Gigsberg a re seller of the tickets It does not matter when you purchase your tickets you won t get them until several days till the show Even then there is not gatantee that they will ensure that you get your tickets transfer to your name I purchased Taylor Swoft tickets for Warsaw s shoes in July 2023 and got them on on aprox 4 days before the concert When we finally got our tickets they appear to be correct with our names on them Not until we got to venue and out tickets were scanned we realized that our names were photo shopped on the tickets We were lucky that the venue allowed us to pay extra fee for the name change and we got in and actually got to see the concert The anxiety that that the whole wait a year for our tickets deal and then dealing with photoshopped names is not worth all the extra money you pay for re seller services and quadruple price of the tickets If you use Gigsbetg do it for your own risk As for me I never will use this company again

So far I brought two tickets 3 month ago and concert is next month Up till now I haven t received any tickets Only replies that as soon as they will receive it the will pass it to me Really They have like 200pouns and no tickets So they can work with my money and my tickets for over 4 months Is that even legal What if we get ill we will not get any chance to sell it I m flying over to London from cz to this concert And if I don t get tickets than I looses on flights as well About the over priced to official website I don t have to talk about Only reliase this after the buy

In the end it was fine but it was quite uncomfortable receiving tickets on the same day as the event - waited for months after paying - and then it was a bit complicated to have the tickets transferred to me on ticketmaster In our case we were travelling to attend the event Melanie Martinez concert in Birmingham UK and weren t sure if we would have the tickets until we were almost in Birmingham

Hi I ve booked a ticket for David Gilmour for Rome Circa Massimo for October 3rd I spent 360 euros on the ticket and will be travelling all the way from Mumbai India There have been no sign of the ticket or any communication from gigsberg Waiting till the day of the the concert for the ticket is a very stressful experience as a lot of money is going into this trip If anyone from gigsberg is seeing this can I please get my tickets in my mail asap
