I appreciate the effectiveness of the

I appreciate the effectiveness of the onerent agent and prompt responses I also appreciate the effort of the agent to make things happen epscially to continue the renting ptactice with the company My only reservation is that I am a very busy person with a full time job consuming most of my weekday time and energy So I would prefer effective concise communicatios during these times Asynchronous communication will also works best for me I feel I am under pressure to response fast even when I don t sense for such urgency The main reason I hire the renting company is to to reduce my work load not to increase my stress

Great Technicians and Helpful Customer Service

We have lived in in our Townhouse for a couple years In the past we had a couple issues with One Rent where things would not get fixed in a timely matter However the technicians are always great and the customer service representatives are polite and responsive They are doing a better job on following up and relaying our message to the vendor

Lease Renewal

Paul did a good job getting the lease renewal completed quickly Thanks Paul I would hope though that this process would be more automatic initiated by Poplarhomes rather than the owner having to reach out to move the process along I was told this was supposed to be done within the 90 period before lease expires but No one reached out to me I had to contact Poplarhomes myself

Great experience minus move in date being moved several times when posting stated home was available for immediate move in

Fridge repair

We had a fridge that only works intermittently Onerent was fast in getting in the repair guy who identified a part that needed replacement We did have to wait for another week for the part to arrive but it got fixed very soon

A great place to leave Diamond Creek

A great place to leave Diamond Creek Apartments Morgan Hill The entire staff are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers I live here for 3 years and could not feel safer anywhere else a beautiful apartment It was a pleasure working with Ariane Joy Zamora and Roxanne very nice and responsive to questions and concerns They both excellent We would highly recommend you guys to anyone Ye guys have an amazing team Keep up the great work Thank you

My family and I rented from poplar homes The ladies Vickie Brandy and Blue were awesome Easy application process great customer service Never an issue with repairs to the home They are on it as soon as you tell them your issue I give them I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental

The team has been very responsible and always on my side to help out They have made the rental management experience much easier In addition when it comes to working with government to get the support they have always been very helpful and constantly provided us updates for the progress I am delighted by this company and the entire team
