Scammers Don t trust them

Please save your time and find a property management company that won t scam you out of your hard earned money for an application fee on a property that listed but is unavailable Please do your research before you become a victim robbed out your hard earned money Listen to me don t believe them

If you are looking for the worst

If you are looking for the worst property management to manage your property pick poplar or one rent they are mainly in Philippine You will never talk to the same person Customer service is horrible they are very expensive they just charge you right and left for everything their maintenance is poor They are not honest and you will never see any of them They work with third party that are not experience

This company is THE WORST

This company is THE WORST Poplar purchased a management company that I used for over 10 years Immediately things went downhill fast Their accounting is confusing on owner statements and full of errors You can t get straight answers from them and you will get charged fees for 11 months when you remove properties from management Unresponsive and unprofessional DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Would give them a zero if I could Absolutely incompetent and worthless management company This enterprise provides such little value that I feel like I m being robbed Stay as far away from them as you can They are unresponsive inept and disorganized I wouldn t let them manage a lego house

They manage the home we lease Require home warrant we can barely get anythng fixed timely bc home warranty also uses 3rf party so ur going through 3 third parties to get anything done Ive bedn without ac after deemed emergency for 3 days and not even close to getting it repaired in 120 temps heat advisory they expect me just be patient when inside my house with portable ac and windows unit its 85-90 degrees Their numbers aren t working and the california numbers say no one available They ignore emails say they will call back and don t and if they do end before one ring finishes

Same as everyone else cannot get a response They confirmed rent increase in November but somehow collected incorrect rent for 3 months No one wants to pay me the back rent Breach of contract

Been renting with this janky company

Been renting with this janky company for 7 months every month I ve put in maintenance request for the same issues THEY THE OWNER LITERALLY REFUSES TO FIX THE ISSUES WE HAVE NO LIGHTS IN OUR MASTER BATH Each month they send out different electric vendor hoping for a cheaper estimate we ve had 5 different vendors come to evaluate the problem TF 7 MONTHS WITHOUT LIGHTS THIS COMPANY IS TRASH

I m currently looking for somewhere

I m currently looking for somewhere else to live as we speak I ve been living at my current residence for 7 years poplar homes took over last year I thought it would be a good thing because I could finally make online payments And this personally been a crap show Unresponsive workers everyone is clueless and you have to repeat your issue a million times Unknown charges being added to the rent AND PLEASE KEEP ALL OF YOUR MONEY ORDERS serial number recipes I have one that shows cashed and they keep saying they didn t receive it Scammers I wouldn t recommend rent somewhere else please
