Rea was super helpful and very quick to respond She went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with the garbage disposal and super helpful opening a ticket with the water heater She was super informative with everything

Everytime I have an issue

Everytime I have an issue it is resolved very fast The whole maintenance team is amazing and helpful You can sure notice the genuineness in their voice and they make sure you are confident and satisfied with your resolved issues

The fence

The fence in the backyard blew over at the beginning of February when we had very gusty winds Althea assisted us in the whole process of coordinating the repair with the owner and the contractor to get the fence repaired Althea was very diligent with keeping us informed throughout the entire process

I ran into a little problem with rent issue A representative from Poplar Home name Ms Priscilla May respond so quick to help me solved it She was great She was understanding and patience to hear me out and help e resolved my problem so i can have peace of mind She again is excellent and understanding to my needs Thank You so much for helping me Ms Priscilla They need more people like you so we can have a roof over our head and peace of mind Thank You

Overall good experience

Put in a maintenance request and was completed within a timely manor Maintenance was super friendly and did a good job fixing our tub Only complaint I would have is after the job is completed wipe up any mess left behind Tub and floor had black shoe prints all over
