Product is OK Their support staff seems to be incompetent it took them 2 months to debug usb connection problems from the device to the software

I ordered Trezors I paid for it I paid extra for courier service I was told a specific day between specific hours I waited the whole day at home Struggled to contact Trezor Only received a ticket number Now I m lost about what will happen with delivery

I bought the Trezor One on the basis of many online reviews and that Trezor was one of if not the best hardware wallets on the market However I m disgusted at the limited support for coins My portfolio consists of BTC ETH AAVE MATIC DOT and SOL None of these coins could be described as obscure yet only BTC ETH and AAVE work natively with Trezor Suite The device accepts MATIC but I have to use a third party software to view it DOT and SOL are completely not accepted So my intention keeping all my coins on hardware is simply not possible and I m left feeling that I bought the wrong product I should have bought a Ledger If you intend on buying a Trezor be ABSOLUTELY sure your coins are supported and any coins you might want to invest in are also supported Otherwise the hardware and software are good but the limited selection of coins is a real deal breaker I won t be buying Trezor again and won t recommend it to anyone else

Your shipping is way to SLOW 8 days Amazon is one or two days Also your customer service is non-existent No phone number and you didn t even respond to my email until AFTER I got my order Get your hit together

This seems like a great little gadget OK digital wallet Exce t that it only holds a few of the major currencies and related coins or tokens And of course I only find this out AFTER I ve opened the package and tried to download my coins Guess what I can t even exchange this for the upgraded version once I ve opened the package NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES PERIOD Thieves

Ok for Bitcoin and Ethereum but can t hold other major players like SOL unless you spend 200 on the more expensive wallet Really Even then it was too confusing about how to make that work No tutorials exist All around bad choices on my part

I m not happy with the decision that was made that I could not return the Cryptosteel Cassette because the celephane wrapping was removed so I could inspect the product All of the pieces are still in there original holes and were never put into the slots in the device I will hopefully find something to do with it since the Cryptotag device I also purchased is a much better product If you have any doubts about whether the product is right for you do not open it

Tried to migrate to Trezor from Ledger Had a hard time trying to access my ETH account the derivation path is different so created a support ticket Got no answer in more than two weeks Can t see any way to answer the reply so posting the ticket ID here 85870

It s like you want to like Trezor but how can I with such inferior costumer service I bought a device 2 weeks ago contacted costumer service for an update and guess what they can t say when it will arrive This is not the way to make business Trezor If you guys are clowning like that when people are buying your product I can t imagine what will you do if something goes wrong I will be returning mine as soon as it arrives if it ever arrives

I can t add coins I tried several way and nothing works I understand this system is new to me but I am unable to find help and am censured about putting more coins on the wallet when the coins show no value and can t move them back out
