My Trezor order experience

I have not received my Trezor Updated 12 13 23 I finally received my Trezor It just took 5 weeks to get it I could not find a customer service number to call

No coin support without jumping through

No coin support without jumping through hoops doing backflips and giving access to a bunch of third party wallets I think it was as disappointing as getting the ledger wallet

I waited almost 1 month for my trezor

I waited almost 1 month for my trezor and it never arrived I wrote and they were very attentive and quick to respond but the solution was either we send it back the same way or we will refund the money I chose the return of the money I will not return to wait 15 to 20 days so that it may not arrive I preferred ledger

20 day support

After ordering I had a simple shipping question because I have a time-sensitive need for a hardware wallet and your website displayed an acceptable delivery window But then you gave me no tracking code even though you said I should have received it Now I m wondering if my wallet will arrive in time I make a support request but get the 20 days reply So was it even sent Now I come here and see that customer support is done over trustpilot XDI think almost everyone loves the product but support is also very important Happy to adjust my review if I can get some basic support edit device arrived quickly but still no support from Trezor

what does creating more than 1 wallet look like

I have reached out to Trezor support for assistance with the idea of more managing more than 1 wallet within my Trezor To date I have not found the information videos helpful Sounds like you can more than 1 address for a coin creating something like a second wallet I want to know if I can and how would I do it create a separate labelled account or wallet with a distinct name to keep all the assets easily segregated and what is with the hidden wallet idea This is not clear to me The videos are big picture but not specific enough to learn how to accomplish much of anything AND I am very concerned to read that customers have lost their assets while using Trezor

Less than average response

I didn t like the long time taken to respond to my problem though my request was acknowledged quickly An answer was eventually emailed which appeared to be from an Artificial Intelligence response and not related to my question I did like several followup emails but I had solved my problem from another source so don t know if they would have too

Trezor Model T supports limited coins and expensive

Trezor Model T ordered and tested together with a Ledger Nano X to decide which is better I like the display and software It s smaller than I thought for the price However I would not recommend using the Trezor hardware wallets because many coins are not supported And because of this the device is way too expensive

The support for Trezor just doesn t

The support for Trezor just doesn t exist I gave up writing e mials and when you try to contact someone they place you with a robot Customer service and support just doesn t exist No one responds The set up was good and easy to follow however Trezor really needs to get on board with Algorand and Hedera you only have a limited amount of coins to store

Always set a higher transaction fee

I use Vault One and I learned to work with it Only through regular use did I gain skill I noticed that when entering transfers the service automatically offers me the price of the transaction fee and when I confirm the transaction and it takes too long or it does not take place and returns but blockchain has chosen the fee They think they should set higher fees to avoid this failed transfer Please note that I always recommend paying more than the offer
