Be prepared focus and pay attention to all the details

I m not new to the crypto market working with several crypto platforms but I am new to the hard wallet market When I purchased and set up Trezor at the very beginning I unknowingly created a hidden wallet and accidentally sent my test 50 there It was on the weekend and Trezor support only became available after the weekend This was stressful because you don t understand what is going on Trezor s assistant was there the entire time until it all cleared up and even provided stress support It is extremely important that you know what you are doing we are all in new territory and therefore have to do and explore it together For myself I conclude that I just need to read carefully i e these reviews and also watch instructional clips etc

Works great and user friendly

Works great and user friendly I m not good with computers and the like but this was straight forward and very simple to use I was surprised it walks you through the process with simplicity

TREZOR SUPPORT IS EXCELLENT

I had an issue with my Trezor and contacted support via email I noticed their reply in my email a couple hours later it could have been there awhile waiting for me There actually was no problem with my Trezor it was operator ignorance Trezor support educated me I initiated their steps and was resolved They were prompt polite clear and concise

Trezor safe 3

Buy a Trezor safe 3 love the unit but wish the suite and the lite version were a bit like tangem or Ledger they don t have enough tokens and coins and options to swap and stake

Great hardware Great support

I ve had a Trezor T for years now and it s great Very straightforward interface in Trezor Suite and it just worked unlike with my Ledger Nano S that was a real hassle and not intuitive to use I canned that and was happy I found the Trezor In terms of tech support their agents are knowledgable and kind and have helped me succesfully for all the times I ve contacted them

I had sent some tokens with the wrong network type and honestly I was feeling very hopeless but I am so thankful that once I contacted Trezor dept they helped all the way until I was able to recover my funds I couldn t be happier with their service Thank you Claudia

Easy going Wallet

Very simple cold wallet to manage I had an issue due to I chose the wrong network and they were very helpful and resolutive to guide me on how to recover the tokens Great support
