VERY complicated for many tokens

VERY complicated for many tokens For your basic tokens it s nice sleek and easy to set up But if you are buying to put different tokens on you may need a third party and hours of videos and reading to figure it out Your coins are important and shouldn t be causing anxiety to keep them secure I m sure there will be a review or learning curve to sell them back to an exchange and prob extra costs when timing may be important Ledger is much easier to add coins With Exchange and duty costs which I didn t experience with my other ledger wallets made this VERY expensive compared to my ledger at least in Canada

Add stress and frustration

The problem is that it many times do not connect to the computer it s extremely frustrating Sometimes it connects sometimes not I have switched wires so that is not the problem and used it for several years

lied to by advisors

for the first while everything was great financial advisor was nice and easy to get ahold of But as the weeks passed I found myself in a position where my advisor was very pushy with how much I could deposit which eventually lead him to direct me to a new financial advisor I was also told in the beginning that I cannot lose more money than deposited in the first place which I am now finding out is not true and am being told I owe my advisor thousands just want to get whatever money I can out before things go extremely south

Do not realy like it

Customer service response time is unbearable weeks Using the wallet is not friendly and intuitive enoughEDITING Because I don t see how to replay to you re answer ticket ID 68258I was usually answered only after I contacted Facebook and customer service received a prompt from Facebook Eventually because of your mistake I twice paid purchase tax on the product even though I received a broken product the first time rare but can certainly happen not for that my complaint but for continued treatment from the point where it turned out I got a broken product I stopped the correspondence because I saw that at the rate of your responses it would last two months and I was not available for it I already preferred to pay double tax and try to cope alone with the difficulties I have with the wallet without bothering to contact customer service again

I think the tech is good but I wasn t sure which trezor to buy it wasn t really clear which one supported xrp but they did resolved it and I did get the right trezor in the end

Trezor Model T is still not up with the times

Trezor Model T is still dwelling too much on Bitcoin There are many people who need a hardware wallet that can be both mobile friendly and also actually support alt coins instead of claiming to For example there s no way to use Trezor Model T with Solana despite SatoshiLabs claiming they do I have a few different coins that I had to struggle to find 3rd party wallets that integrate with Trezor and failed Plus there is no mobile app And the website doesn t work for any other coin except Bitcoin on mobile I ended up regretting my expensive purchase

Lack of customer service

The whole process was painful The product was first shipped to the wrong address and when they sent the second one they left the process in the middle and never informed me of the new tracking code Was very very hard to reach out to any customer support After 2 months I finally got the product The product is good and fast to setup Do not get me wrong it is a nice product but it can become very frustrating to get it

Small beautiful safe

Small in size and beautiful shape but it is impractical and difficult to use for beginners and also does not support many currencies and most likely you will only need it to take out your encrypted currencies away from the Internet just to keep it safe for you and I mean you only

Just mention as I use Trezor wallets and have contacted their support department regards various question and a few issues they have always responded and been supportive and very helpful
