Despite a Trezor my Bitcoins were stolen My Trezor and my Recovery Seed were in a safe that was not compromised My computer Mac doesn t contain phishing software checked at least once per month Trezor seemed only eager to explain that it was not their fault Did not really offer any help or clarification whatsoever

I don t normally write reviews especially if I ve been unsatisfied with a product I normally just walk away and don t use the product again but I ve had such a bad experience that I feel I have to say something I ve been a Trezor customer for over 3 years mostly using the wallet to store my crypto Now came the time that I decided to sell some of my crypto one of the transactions went pending due to the fee having been set too low by default Apparently a known technical issue they even created a bump fee feature that was unavailable for me to use So my crypto was stuck and I had to do a laborious set up using Sparrow to free my crypto but that also meant I had to fully cancel my transaction So in turn I lost several hundred Euros as the crypto s value fell during the several days that the issue remained unresolved It took a week for me to get my crypto back The fact that the wallet or the other platforms that they use to make the transaction puts the fee too low by default so the crypto gets stuck and the sale falls through is atrocious I am told I have to set the fee myself and refer to a website that I was given a link to to make sure the fee will be correct This shouldn t even happen It should just work straight out of the box I have never in my life been this dissatisfied with a service or a product I ve been unhappy with something but never as disappointed and even angry as I have with the experience I had using Trezor I m normally quite a calm and understanding person I would never use them again nor recommend any of their products I would say stay away and try another wallet It s not worth going through the hassle

Terrible after sales service They harass customers to provide evidence on opening RMA and never accept the fault when I already provided the video of defective cable or device RMA team asked me to buy new cable and provide another video evidence They treat me as fraud when I purchased 219 device and asking them to replace or refund Got frustrated and seek help from my credit card company to help me under purchase protection program

I ordered a Trezor Safe 3 on 29 11 2023 and my order has still not been shipped 05 01 2024 Order number is 1701286348 and status has not changed in 37 days I have tried contacting Trezor support but no response in 4 days ticket 201945 Absolute joke that only support is a chat bot and slow email support tickets According to Trezor Safe 3 shipping estimate page orders placed before 12 12 2023 have been shipped but this is clearly a lie

Ordered device device wouldnt load firmware stuck on 92 on multiple PCs and was unable to reboot Contacted customer support who haven t responded to me in over 5 days Customer service is the worst I have experienced

Terrible software problems from the 1st day of using won t display my portfolio value just reads as 0 This problem has been going on for 8 months Scam coin links are being sent to my address for me to click Horrible customer support DO NOT BUY

Don t buy Trezor One I bought it thinking it would be safe for me to hold my coins but it ended up generating me an address to someone else s wallet and when i transferred my coins there they never show up in my wallet and this is the address generated by Trezor One itself When I went back into my Trezor One suite the address that it generated is gone So I ended up sending my tokens to some random person and it was a massive amount I would never trust Trezor again Sorry

They deceive potential customers Their supported coin list is through third party hot wallets and does not support through trezor suite I m left with around only 10 coins I m able to receive through trezor suite all their other claimed supported coins are through third party wallets which trezor conveniently leaves out during their advertising Try a d cent wallet or even ledger wallet They allow you the freedom to custody your own coins through their native apps Just don t approve them for smart contracts or sign up for their seed recovery Trezor just had an email phishing scam so they re no safer and definitely not better

I have lost my trust in Trezor It accepted ETH coin into my Trezor Safe 3 wallet and I can still see it there but it does not allow me to send the same crypto out of the hardware wallet It does not even show me a send button Just a receive button I shall have to accept my loss of money and throw this hardware wallet in the bin Trust Pilot asked me for additional information and I have now sent it screen shots They tell me that I have been using the wrong Trezor app which only shows screens But I can see the ETH in my wallet using that app and I thought I had put the crypto in the wallet with that app using the receive button I don t think I am going to get the ETH back from that safe I am still communicating with them

This company run a scam I sent funds over to a hardware wallet which I bought from this company since November 2022 I ve not had access to my tokens or funds since then I did a firmware update on my Trezor model one and since then my passphrase has not worked Trezor will not resolve the issue and have no pathways for escalation They have no complaints department no management and no ombudsman I ve reported them to the FCA Action fraud and Coinbase Please let s be proactive in putting this company on law enforcement radar in the UK and elsewhere This company is a scam
