Our experience with Barratt Homes Aston Grange site has been great in many ways Starting from the sales team who are the first point of contact we mainly liaised with Hayley C who is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable It was a real pleasure to work with her on buying our first house She responded to all our questions promptly and comprehensively and she kept it real and honest We have been very happy with the house It had only a few snags as expected but nothing was a big deal Since we moved in we have been very lucky to be dealing with Simon C who is the Assistant Site Manager and has also been super helpful very supportive and responsive He has coordinated his team of technicians very nicely and timely to deal with our requests and all of them have done so very effectively Big thanks to James the carpenter who dealt with some issues we had so efficiently and John the painter for the immaculate touch-ups

Everything so far up to completion has gone well with regular updates from the showroom sales agents Plus I was impressed with the final house tour before moving in and happy to receive a beautiful moving in gift of a Hamper as a welcoming gesture

Throughout the process of purchasing the property we were kept abreast of how things were progressing with the build and were assisted by Amy and Allan in all aspects of the handover prior to moving into the property on 01 03 24 We couldn t have asked for anything more and the snagging points listed presented were dealt with promptly

Keith arrived on time and ready to complete the job He is polite and friendly without being annoying The standard of workmanship is excellent No mess was left behind for me to clear Overall an easy and pleasant experience
