Decent service

Ticket arrived only a couple days before but did get a discount code reduced the cost slightly albeit still a 100 price increase Was worried the ticket may not work on the day but worked fine and had a great time Avril Lavigne and simple plan excellent

A positive experience but a peculiar

A positive experience but a peculiar one After purchasing the tickets I didn t receive a confirmation email the money had left my account After a few days I contacted the team to enquire I had a very speedy response explaining the tickets would be sent to me a week or so before the event Indeed about 10 days prior I recieved an email asking me to download the Ticketmaster App in order to receive the tickets I was contacted by the team numerous times including via whatsapp to ensure I had received the tickets without difficulty Friendly helpful customer service My only recommendation would be to send customers a confirmation email at point of purchase

Gigsberg Eras Tour tickets

I bought Taylor Swift tickets from Gigsberg in January for the Dublin N1 concert Tickets were transfered to me on time and no hassle or any problems with getting them Only downside to Gigsberg is that they charge a horrendous fee on top of the already expensive tickets We paid 900 for each ticket and another 500 just fee on top of them But happy to have been at the Eras Tour and worth every cent

Got tickets 2 weeks before the Metallica concert

Bought 7 tickets for Metallica in Madrid 10 months in advance Was a bit sceptical at first because tickets didn t arrive right away and I read some bad reviews We got them exactly 2 weeks before the show There was no problem regarding entering the stadium

A reliable ticket vendor

The tickets were purchased several months in advance and the confirmation email with the purchase number was received immediately however the whole experience was a bit creepy as the tickets themselves were available only a day before the event which made me doubt the source The good thing is the contact service in instagram Facebook and via email Your quick responses sparked hope Eventually the tickets are received and hopefully we ll enjoy the show tomorrow PS another good thing was an offer of a present package as the tickets were bought as a birthday present for a family member

Bought tickets to Coldplay a year before the show Waiting for the tickets to arrive was really stressful Finally got the tickets less than 24 hours before the show The support team was very kind and helpful In order to receive the tickets I needed a Ticketmaster account I recommend to arrange that in advance

Great customer service Really quick and helpful Only thing which was little confusing was the work with different offices and there was nowhere written you have to download an application to receive your e - tickets Otherwise i am very happy

Legit but stressful

Me and my friends bought PARTYNEXTDOOR tickets purchase was smooth The only iffy thing with reseller tickets is that usually you will get them the day before or on the day I got the tickets a couple hours before the event which was stressful but we still got into the event Amazing customer service though I sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages and someone responded usually within minutes Yes you can use Gigsberg it is a guaranteed purchase although may be a stressful experience along the way due to tickets being received on the day of the event
