I ve recently bought a ticket from Gigsberg however I have done some investigating and I ve found that the seat number does not match the area that I am allocated to be in Could you help me it says 25 on my ticket on the Gigsberg website but the area 528 only goes from 31-60Does this mean the ticket is fake

I want to apologise about my opinion about Gigsberg in my last commentary Finally they refund my money of the tickets for Justin Bieber concert in Barcelona on 25th genuary 2023 but i haven t see the refund in my account It s true that they took a long time to do it but in the end they have fulfilled their responsibility So thank you very much to Gigsberg but next time please don t take 1 year and 4 months to refund

I bought four tickets for the Diljit Concert in Amsterdam over a month ago and I m extremely disappointed with the experience The concert is just days away yet I still don t have my tickets Despite multiple emails customer service only gives vague reassurances that the tickets will arrive before the event This last-minute ticket delivery is causing a lot of unnecessary stress Why can t they just send the tickets sooner considering we paid in full upfront This kind of service is unacceptable and I m seriously concerned about whether I ll even receive my tickets in time Update received my tickets on 7 October for the concert on 11 October so all good

Everything was fine I remove one star for having received the tickets just the night before the event not having any previous experience before with the platform we were scared not to get them in time which generated a bit of useless stress but for all the rest everything was great

I was very hesitant at first but my tickets arrived almost a week before the event i was going to i had some issues my fault for not looking through my emails properly and david from customer service was fantastic however missing one star as i used the live chat and they seemed very rude

I need to wait fot tickets for 7 months after payment I was a little worried if I would even get them and in time Finally recieved one day before concert Korn zenith munich

Able to access tickets to see the band at fairly short notice where other vendors had no little stock for affordable prices Mark-up was a little high I felt but not as bad as others Communication re ticket availability was good and tickets received in adequate time to print if I had been travelling to the venue from a distance

I got the tickets as promised Bruce Springsteen in Helsinki 2024 Why I m not giving 5 stars I only got the tickets a couple of days before the event so if I didn t live in the event city it would have felt like a risk to book travels and accommodation I didn t like the way the prices were communicated I get that there is a notable commission to be paid for the service However in addition to this the ticket price I paid was about 2x compared to the actual ticket price I d appreciate that all the extra costs were communicated transparently

I bought a ticket for the Eras Tour in Warsaw with Gigsberg The ticket was send to me the next day and everything worked fine at the event I had to go to a clearance point because my name was not the same as on the ticket virtually my name was printed on the ticket and had to pay 11 for this service In Warsaw - but apart from this everything worked out fine I would recommend doing some research before for the future concerts to see what happens if the name doesn t match The prices and fees are very high - that s the only negative part about Gigsberg - however this didn t come as a surprise and I was willing to pay the price
