Really efficient operating system and a vetmry proffesional service

Really efficient at creating bookings changing and dance long then and also invoicing Our cleaners have all been very professional punctual and respectful of our home For the price we pay the quality of the work and warmth of the service we receive makes this arrangement an absolute bargain

Have only used Gleam once so far but I ve been happy with the service and have set up a rolling monthly appointment Website is easy to use and customer service are very quick to get back to you if you need to make any changes The cleaner was prompt and very efficient and thorough Certainly planning to carry on with the service and see how it goes

Overall good performance but varied quality of cleaners

This is the fourth time we are using Gleam s service since 2017 For the first time our cleaner didn t turn up and cancelled our appointment The second and third time were fairly clean The fourth time was great as our cleaner was quick detail oriented and polite We d like him come back again The only drawback overall is the varied quality of cleaners If they turn up it s usually fine but punctuality is an issue

I have struggled to find companies

I have struggled to find companies willing to do one-off cleans for smaller properties many have 3 hour minimums the only 2 I have found have been Gleam and Housekeep of which Gleam have been much more reliable There is no choice of trying to book in the same cleaner as previously and as such the cleans I have got have varied in quality depending on the cleaner but they have never disappointed and have always been between satisfactory and excellent
