Have had an outstanding service from the Gleam Team from start to finish After some issues that meant I needed a cleaning team at short notice I contacted Gleam via their online chat I was able to instantly book online with the cleaners arriving only 3 hours later via the last minute service The team did an incredible job were kind and courteous throughout the job and I cannot thank them enough I would definitely recommend Gleam and will use them again Thanks

We engaged with Gleam a few months ago

We engaged with Gleam a few months ago via the small business cleaning service to clean our small art gallery in Shoreditch every Monday following weekend activity We had used a professional commercial cleaning company previously but we had so many issues with them no shows poor quality etc so we decided to try something different Gleam s personalised approach has been fantastic and has worked great for an outfit like us Our cleaner has become like a member of our team She does a great job she s even coming to our Christmas party Would really recommend for small business over the usual corporate alternatives

Have been with Gleam for a while now

Have been with Gleam for a while now and I highly recommend them Obviously with a service like this sometimes there may be issues with cleaner attendance or transport issues etc which cause delays Gleam customer service have always been extremely helpful to me when things like this take place and in particular Izzy who always goes above and beyond Reading some of the negative reviews here I think it s a shame people slate the company for things which are ultimately beyond their control
