I took Sky out in October I took the sky Q signature on its own I am a student so managed to get a discount via UNiDAYS and my student account gave me cash back for paying by direct debit It was a win win Channels are good love the box sets it was an early Christmas present to myself During the Black Friday deals I added movies for 9 50 a month I d never pay full price for them Would not use the internet or phone since the reviews for both are not good but tv is Skys bread and butter and they can t go wrong with that As a new customer I have only called tech services once because I couldn t download the discovery plus app the chap I had was brill got me up and running quite quickly first call I love the fact on the sky vip thing it gives you free stuff I have had 2 free movies given to me since October on sky store to keep forever Cheers sky I am more than happy my little sky q box has a home here with me forever

Despite having real issues with Sky TV this review is about a specific person Donna who provided exceptional support when I finally managed to get through Sky TV still gets ZERO stars but Donna gets FIVE

Look after customers very well example my old lap top was taking ages to load up even to sign in The adviser advised me to get a new one have never looked back the whole package for tv land line and broad band complete package at good rates

Little confused over how many bad reviews they have sky have always been great to me helpful and never rude I have sky q and find it great there sky q modem works great In my house on every floor even in the garden i can get wifi so I can only say good things about them

Ringing sky usually is like pulling teeth it s that painful for me however this time I got a customer service advisor called Leigh female she was amazing I had many faults and also wanted to upgrade consider cancelling my package She spent so much time on the call nothing was a bother to her and she gave amazing customer service advice so much so I ended up upgrading my package and staying - there was no hard sell just help and genuine customer service advice They should use this person for teaming their other staff Had a lot of bad experiences before
