I took Sky out in October I took the sky Q signature on its own I am a student so managed to get a discount via UNiDAYS and my student account gave me cash back for paying by direct debit It was a win win Channels are good love the box sets it was an early Christmas present to myself During the Black Friday deals I added movies for 9 50 a month I d never pay full price for them Would not use the internet or phone since the reviews for both are not good but tv is Skys bread and butter and they can t go wrong with that As a new customer I have only called tech services once because I couldn t download the discovery plus app the chap I had was brill got me up and running quite quickly first call I love the fact on the sky vip thing it gives you free stuff I have had 2 free movies given to me since October on sky store to keep forever Cheers sky I am more than happy my little sky q box has a home here with me forever

Recently spoke to Jacob after having an issues with my Q mini box struggling to connect and having issues with the box mot recognising the remote coming from a call centre background dealing with broadband we struck up a very pleasent conversation during which all my issues were resolved thank you so much jacob the conversation was informative not condescending it was a pleasure you deserve a pay rise

Dedicated sky customer
I have now been with sky for over 19 years only because I I have switched a few times but found that sky was the best for me I am now a black diamond customer and have no squabbles with sky Yes a few hiccups here and there it great customer service not speaking to bots We now have our tv broadband phone and mobile with them at a good deal When my contract is up I always haggle for the good deals every time whilst having a giggle with them During the lock down they have been brilliant with us sorry guys no complaints from this end And no I don t work for sky
