Clear and succinct responses

Hi I m an absolute novice in this crypto space and to purchase and use Trezor was a scary experience I have to thank the Lab for their clear and succinct responses that made my problems melt away I m now using this tool with a little more confidence and expect with further practice to improve all time

Effective support

I was assisted by Peter a real human which is a breath of fresh air in this era of stupid bots and impersonal call centres filled with bored employees The response wasn t instant but it was thoughtful helpful and solved all my problems Thanks you

Experience

What are you doing well - seems easy to use on major coins used btc and ada so far for transferring assets in Am disappointed that paperwork is very limited - I am struggling to be able to add Meld for example which is a layer one No aid as to how to achieve this Would be good to have link to documentation as to how to use fully beyond the minimal provided

I have had an issue with my Trezor

I have had an issue with my Trezor twice now and each time the service team have dealt with me in a very timely manor both issues have been with the way i was doing things user error not the Trezor Very good company to deal with great product well done to the team

My Trezor wallet went down and I reached out to tech support via web chat and within 24 hours I received an email advising me what troubleshooting steps needed to be done And when those steps failed they replaced my wallet which I received within 3 days The service was excellent and the follow-up process was very consistent Very commendable in this day and age when there is very little SERVICE in CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Trezor support staff goes far and beyond what I would have expected I had a hardware issue with a new Trezor that I received The staff was very helpful in the troubleshooting process and after all the steps did not resolve the issue they promptly sent me a new replacement device the next day I have used their products for numerous portfolios and will continue to do so in the future 100 recommend
