Trezor One Great hardware terrible customer support Also for some unknown reason it can t be connected to MetaMask on Chrome High Sierra I tried to find any suggestions on line with no result It seems to me that there s a conflict with trezor s suite a new window opens -trezor io - searching for device and when it s closing MM is searching for the device or shows Device call on request Also When I move from Trezor Suite to Exodus I see 2 Trezor Wallets must be me though so should you skip this last one

The support was excellent and helpful The only downside is that it took several days to get an initial response

Trezor has been diligent in replying to my questions and issues My only concern is that sometimes the instructions were not clear as they might assume you know how to do some things that are specified in their reply The device is great Easy to use

I was unsure of the genuineness of my Trezor and made contact to confirm The issue could have saved us both time if it was more clearly described on the website re which trezors have which hologram seals on the box and on the unit one model does not have silver seals on the unit only on the box The response time was a bit slow more than 48hrs but ok If i had had a pressing security issue this response time would have been unacceptable The unit itself seems to be a good quality unit I have only used its major competitor the one we all know and found the 2 button system especially in the earlier models very tedious The Trezor seems to have a much friendlier UI and user experience thus far Although I am yet to fully explore the device I do hope it has the same add ons as its competitor as far as voting staking multisig and nfts It would seem that all current market wallets lack the ability to host numerous wallets This would be a most welcome addition Eg to have 5 or 6 different eth wallets with choice of the same or multiple private keys A built in dex agregator and uniswap alternative that instead of using traditional sushi like tech instead can do in wallet atomic like swaps accross All chains using CCIPdate of experience is a rough estimate
