Trezor transition to a newer version of Trezor

I asked for help from Trezor support staff to help me transition from my old Trezor one model to my new Trezor T model The information was provided quickly and I used the information to successfully complete the transition

Best support I ve had since 2002

First and foremost support is one of the best support I ve used in 21 years They convinced me to use a single passphrase for account instead of trying to remember a password or a pin And that process was faster for set up and easier to use a 6 worded password which I can memorize easier and even change easier And since I went from Metamask vault to offline mode I had to do as reset of the T1 and that went smooth also And using more than one vault is simple for this old man

Amazing staff and customer service

I didn t realize I had earned BTC from Trezor affiliate sales until Alina Affiliate Executive reached out to me to verify my address so she could send it to me It is absolutely outstanding that any company would reach out and say something along the lines of we owe you BTC and we want to send it to you Thanks a ton Alina Trezor

I received a response to a technical issue that I wrote Trezor about Their response was not swift and informative I was a fan of Trezor One since 2014 but never needed to contact Support until this issue Trezor does not only provide great hardware wallets but now I have witnessed first-hand that their support is excellent too

funds returned

Was simple to get my funds returned after the amount was too small then did a payment with credit card just awaiting delivery now of my Trezor device

they charged and sent me a second razor but fixed it

they charged and sent me a second razor by accident but once I reported it they proceeded to fix the issue in the checkout and issue a refund with instructions almost immediately Really good customer service

Easy to contact us customer support

Very user friendly experience and quick response Funds sent took a loong time and were not showing up in my account so I panicked well over half an hour It was easy to send Support an email and they quickly responded Funds came through easily after that and they kept following up I am impressed

I am with Trezor for life

I recently bought a Trezor Model T cold wallet so I could safely stake my Cardano The Model T I quickly discovered was even better than the Trezor One on which I keep my Bitcoin and Ethereum and which I have had for years It has a really big screen which is a joy to use But even better than the Model T is the service that Trezor offers I had never had any particular questions for Trezor before but after I got my Model T I had several big questions which Trezor answered for me quickly efficiently and thoroughly Some of the best service I have ever experienced Not only exquisite products but exquisite service I am with Trezor for life
