Best support I ve had since 2002
First and foremost support is one of the best support I ve used in 21 years They convinced me to use a single passphrase for account instead of trying to remember a password or a pin And that process was faster for set up and easier to use a 6 worded password which I can memorize easier and even change easier And since I went from Metamask vault to offline mode I had to do as reset of the T1 and that went smooth also And using more than one vault is simple for this old man

I received a response to a technical issue that I wrote Trezor about Their response was not swift and informative I was a fan of Trezor One since 2014 but never needed to contact Support until this issue Trezor does not only provide great hardware wallets but now I have witnessed first-hand that their support is excellent too

they charged and sent me a second razor by accident but once I reported it they proceeded to fix the issue in the checkout and issue a refund with instructions almost immediately Really good customer service

Very user friendly experience and quick response Funds sent took a loong time and were not showing up in my account so I panicked well over half an hour It was easy to send Support an email and they quickly responded Funds came through easily after that and they kept following up I am impressed
