Ordered product and it took longer than expected to receive Tracking info appeared it was stalled Reached out to customer support They were very responsive and quick Device arrived the next day from natural processes But customer service continued to communicate and follow up Highly recommend this company

Good Customer Support

Came to Trezor to add another alternative option to Ledger Have had a good experience so far with setting up and in ease of use Despite their recent issues Ledger set up process was very natural and think that is maybe the only area Trezor could work on to get them on the same level of Ledger user experience but Trezor set up still pretty good and of the industry standard

Support about updating firmware

Support got back to me within a day or 2 and responded quickly after that Only email support but you get the feel they really want to help resolve problems which they did

Got clarification re storing ERC-20 tokens

I asked a question about storing an ERC-20 token in my Trezor and got a prompt automated reply with a human response that answered my question about 12 hours later I consider that excellent I m sorry to see that others have had trouble with their Trezor but I have two -- one for me and one for my spouse -- and haven t had any issues with them and I ve owned them for several years now

I had a problem receiving my international package Trezor reached out even before UPS did to let me know Then followed up to ensure it was all resolved BTW it was not Trezors fault for the delivery issue but rather local courier
