Have been using the last minute SOS service and have to say I ve been so impressed You can book just a few hours in advance and every time the cleaners have arrived punctually and done a great job No issues and very easy to book compared to some others I ve used

i had a really good experience with gleam My cleaner was a little late not by much but I was running on a tight schedule and I was immediately able to get hold of someone on bank holiday who called the cleaner Linda Linda was really professional and did a fantastic clean Thanks all

Till now the application process has been smooth and I hope that in upcoming days I do get a great news regarding the job from the company end The work Gleam cleaning haa been doing is a really great initiative Keeping people s home clean its a pleasure in itself Cleaning the houses and at the end of the work seeing the smile on the clients face is what Gleam Cleaning works for And I am really excited to join this amazing group of people

What an easy and stress free

What an easy and stress free experience I recently decided to get a regular cleaner as I ve been super busy and just want to give myself some more free time I looked around and chose Gleam seems they have good reviews and are price competitive I booked in for 5 hours per week Booking process is so simple almost too simple I was slightly worried at how easy the process was Sofia showed up at the booked time did a great initial clean and has been back each week for the last three weeks now Place is spotless she s on time and asks for feedback Delight

I have been using Gleam for just over a year now and I book a one time every month or so Although they offer only weekly or fortnightly ie not monthly booking a one time every month or so has worked well for me and also given me flexibility on the day and time I get the clean Although you are not guaranteed the same cleaner every time with one times it seems like I usually have the same three or four cleaners coming over the course of the year and they have all been excellent cleaners I work at home and they always work discreetly and efficiently and I have been really impressed with the quality of service combined with the reasonable pricing I usually leave a decent tip also which I think has helped with the same cleaners accepting my one time bookings when I make them I would recommend this service to my friends

The quality of cleaning is excellent They are dependable A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits Gleam cleaning is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay Sushma Shrestha

Had a great first clean with Dami and have booked in a recurring appointment going forward Booking process was very straight forward it doesn t have all the forms etc required like other companies and logins it s very easy and quick Cleaner arrived on time and worked quickly and thoroughly through my home without any issues Came to check before leaving and took me through the property to make sure I was happy with everything Really ideal service I would highly recommend Gleam

What a great experience

What a great experience If you are looking for a simple and easy to use website without all of the faff and complexity of some of the other cleaning outfits then Gleam is a great choice The price advertised is the price you pay no strange fees or join up fees I made a weekly booking for regular domestic housekeeping every Tuesday morning and my cleaner Anna showed up on time and has been doing a great job She always follows the instructions I have laid out via the online app and on the odd occasion when I have needed to make a change the Gleam Team service managers have been more than helpful in making sure I still had a clean on those weeks A great service and I would highly recommend this to others

Has been a really straightforward experience so far with Gleam From my initial enquiry the office team were really helpful and answered all of my questions My cleaner Promise always does a great job and is super friendly The cleaning quality is really high and I would highly recommend the service to friends and family I have had to make a booking change once to move back a day which was dealt with swiftly and courteously Thanks again
