I would have gave a better review but there was stock when I ordered but after I made order it took 3 to 4 days for to come back to me to say it was out of stock I am a bit unhappy for not very easy to cancel order

Would of love to have given you 5 stars but your security phone call and the fact you never bothered to answer my call backs and then questioned me as to whether I had the correct telephone number which you left on voicemail was insulting The only reason why I m giving 3 stars and not 1 is you tried to put it right with next day delivery The price was excellent but not sure I would use again if I m honest especially if I needed something in a hurry update to your reply Because of the way you have replied like everyone else that has not been happy with your service you have made my mind up now that I will NEVER deal with you again you try to justify yourselves with trying to manipulate the truth Me leaving messages I said you never answered my callbacks ie you never pick up the phone Oh well your loss as I ve just ordered a 800 saw from axminster tools with no trouble what so ever

Great product terrible delivery service I purchased 2 x makita 4ah batteries at a very good price The only grumble unfortunately was the delivery courier service APC having received a message to let them know a preferred delivery destination I put down deliver to a neighbour which was agreed acknowledged it was totally discarded the package was delivered to a post office a mile away which was a very inconvenient to pick up because of my work hours and not getting home before the post office was open until I had to take an early day to go and collect at my expense Really annoying Delivery service not great don t ask for a preferred destination for delivery and then totally ignore it

Next day delivery was spot on however I received a request regarding the delivery and I got options for example leave with neighbour safe place etc etc but kept getiing my number was not recognised Well it must have been because how could you send me a message The parcel was sent to the local post office when I requested to lrave with neighbour

Items were excellent at excellent prices Delivery time was not what I d expect when paying such a high sum for the delivery when ordered however an email was received apologising for the delay

Power Tools UK service was excellent products reached in good order the review would have been 5 star had it not been for parcel force leaving the package at a neighbours but leaving no notice of were it was so it was 2 days after delivery that we actually received goods

Great company but the 24 hour delivery service has so far taken 5 days as I am still waiting The delivery via Parcel Force through power tools UK is often poor in my experience

Product was as expected It had 3 dents in it from delivery- 1 was large

No batteries no reminder to buy batteries not very good Why sell a new item that does not work on arrival sorry I am been generous with 3 stars
