Was told order would be with me within 3 days but it s over a week and still not here without being told it was out of stock until day 9

I have no problem with the goods supplied but I do have an issue with being charged for delivery and the goods not being delivered to my house I also take issue with your carrier saying that I was not home when they called to make the delivery when I made a point of being at home all afternoon waiting for them As an example of Of Parcel Forces inability to deliver to the correct address on Monday of this week they tried to deliver for goods which I had not ordered but where for a resident of another street I have contacted your company with regards this issue and I am still waiting for a reply The only reason you are receiving 2 stars in this review is because the goods I ordered were what I had to pick up from the Post Office

Poor communication regarding dispatch Delivered wrong tool model Had the inconvenience of re packaging and sending back and waiting in another day for correct tool to be delivered There was three blades with wrong tool and asked if they could pop in a couple of extra blades for the inconvenience and received only 2 blades in the correct order Tool looked as if it had been kicking around a bit or display tool not brand new pristine condition and the l-boxx was dusty and dirty as if that had been kicking around for some time too Won t use them again even if they were a little cheaper not worth the trouble and tool condition not satisfactory

Shorts are of normal scruffs quality However I paid 5 95 for delivery item was dispatched 4 days after purchase and didn t arrive for another 3 5 95 seems excessive for a pair of shorts to take a week to deliver

The price was keen but i had to pay for delivery The problem was the delivery company didn t knock on the door or ring the bell they just put a card through the door and left I then had to wait for three days to collect my parcel as i was working late So i won t be using them again as i don t pay for bad service

We are still waiting for the safety wellies You should ditch parcel force and use someone else Parcel force tell you your delivery date and then do not turn up No notification or anything They do this all the time and when they do deliver you have no notification again So if your out you ve missed it Disgusting service from parcel force If you don t want bad reviews change your couriers

2 stars only so far Ordered and paid 3 working days ago and have heard nothing since other than an order confirmation Not so impressive

First time purchase from Power Tools UK of a Bosch Gsb18v-60c 24p Combi Drill with 2-18v-4ah Procore Batteries Normal supplier was out of stock and could not supply and web showed Power Tools as having the kit in stock and at an attractive price and delivery Transaction and delivery were good but product as supplied had been made up from random parts as the official Bosch seal on box had been torn off Batteries were from different dates and countries of origin and missing from box was charger manual and Certificate of Conformity Querying with customer services it was agreed that the box contents had been put together to make a kit and that the missing paperwork content was an error Invoice showed that the product had been checked by 3 staff R C and DM and still paperwork content missing - names withheld by me I accept that the contents are probably new but perhaps they are returns and possibly faulty Either way I expected a sealed by Bosch box Not sure if I would go as far as to not recommend this company but I would suggest that any purchaser verify that the product is as supplied by Bosch and in a sealed box For me I will stick with my normal supplier As an aside I have emailed Bosch with details of the purchase and invited them to comment Regards

Excellent always until they don t believe you that one of your orders are faulty You are sent a manufacturers warranty application when you want to report a faulty item and you have to pay for returns shipping I will use them again Just was annoyed at the returns experience
