A word of warning Power Tools UK lists Items on their webstore as being in stock when they are in fact NOT in stock Placed an order for a Milwaukee M12 detail sander on the 29th Aug 2024 with 2-3 days delivery should have been delivered 3rd 4th Sept On the 3rd Sept 24 I had still not received an email advising dispatch and checking my order history on their website showed the order still as Pending When I placed my order the item showed as in stock and when checking my order status on the 3rd Sept it was still showing as in stock So I emailed and asked if there was a problem to be told our stock delivery has unfortunately been delayed from Milwaukee As the carriers have tried to deliver it twice after 6pm when we are closed They are meant to be here today hopefully they will This will be with you Thursday Friday The only reason I haven t given 1 star is they at least replied to my email in a prompt and courteous manner That said all things considered an offer of upgrading to next day delivery is the least they could have done I can only assume the fact they did not is because how often they probably pull this stunt off If I didn t need it quickly I could have ordered elsewhere that was cheaper but had it listed as pre-order awaiting stock I ordered from Power Tools UK as hey were the cheapest price showing as in stock DO NOT list items as in stock if they are NOT IN YOUR WAREHOUSE UPDATE A day later and still no sign of my order having been dispatched so I placed a replacement order elsewhere and sent a message asking to cancel and refund my order Again I received a prompt but much less polite message stating Ok it has left with the carrier I will get it returned to us Then we will refund it back to you Curious my order status on their website still shows as Pending and I have had no emails or other messages from either Power Tools UK or a courier to indicate that the order has indeed been dispatched More lies Either way I ve dropped the rating now to 1 star and I will in future never using this store again

Sorry My mistake I posted to wrong company The way you responded Leads me to conclusion you don t have the best approach to customers

No sign of delivery within 2-3 working days No response to 2 emails No answer to the telephone

I ve ordered an item and paid 6 95 for express delivery and haven t received the item on the date they said it would arrive Don t trust them

Non-delivery I ordered a heater delivery stated as 2 3 days One week later we are still waiting

Really quick delivery But unfortunately I received a different Milwaukee impact wrench than the one I purchased The item itself couldn t get picked up by Yourselves due to me having a full time job therefore I m having to mess around outside of work printing the return label off and having to send it back having an knock on effect on the delivery date of the drill I purchased

System works fine However very disappointed that I wasn t told that the item was not in stock until a couple of days later I needed the saw for this week and now won t receive it until end of January If I had known it wasn t in stock I wouldn t have ordered it

I ordered a recipricating saw on Wednesday very pleased it turned up on Thursday however on opening I found it was the wrong one and not the item I ordered The wrong saw was quickly collected the next day however the correct saw could not be sent out until the wrong one was collected I needed the saw for Monday which I told them and now Monday is here and no saw I m sure it will probably turn up this afternoon or tomorrow but that is too late for what I needed So through no fault of my own and after ordering In plenty of time for when I needed it I don t have the saw and going to have to do today s work with a hand saw Not very impressed I m sure the correct saw could have been delivered Friday or Saturday

A little disappointed that we placed an order and payment was taken straight away only to find out the product we ordered was out of stock

Order arrived intact and promptly - however when unpacked product boxes were damaged torn etc Contacted retailer and sent photographs showing damage however was given their reasons how or how not the boxes had been damaged Fully expected the retailer to at least refund their delivery charge - nothing doing - in my opinion bad customer service
