Seller had good communication read the follow up email about timing as this is important Very competitive prices for new tools I would buy again The delivery times are stated in the follow up email and email and text updates are sent after the dispatch

cheap quick efficient

Recieved well wrapped and packaged Great service and communication Just a pity I was let down by Royal Mail The tracking stated drill was to be delivered on Monday 18th May then got sms from RM to say it would be delivered next day but it didnt arrive until Thursday two days after my grandsons birthday No fault of Power Tools who I can not fault
