Great service although installation took a while

Overall we are happy with the service But installation took ages although when signing agreement they did state that it might take up to two month to get connected so I guess fair We had some bumps on the way few different engineers visited us few inspections happened there was some issues with receiving signal so it took a while and as a business users we were affected by the delay But eventualy during probably 3rd or 4th inspection engineer Khaled Miah came in and sorted everything quickly and efficiently THANK YOU I wish he would have visited us on the first inspection we all probably could have saved a lot of time Customer Connections Adviser Anja was helpful and stayed in touch with the updates all this time Thank you as well Overall not bad

Installation great Admin less good

Engineers who called to assess the property and to perform installation were brilliant The system works very well Highly recommended However invoices that have been issued are incorrect It is difficult to speak to the right people and despite promises they don t call back

Got connected without any fuss

Got connected without any fuss at one of our venues which Openreach weren t able to manage and kept delaying I pulled the plug on Openreach and went with G network and couldn t be happier G Network offer a descent connection at a reasonable price

Jason has reinstated my faith in G-Network

I wish to congratulate Jason on performing a fine and professional job for me and my family He was overly punctual efficient and worked solidly without the aid of a workmate 10 out of 10 Not like the previously appointed technician who cobbled up a far fetched cancellation story which seems to change depending on who you speak to The investigation over this technician is on going

Efficient Installation Process

Jorge Emmanuel and Victor Team 60 were all very helpful polite and efficient when installing the wifi They managed to do a full days job in half a day and left the premises in perfect condition However not to the fault of Jorge Emmanuel and Victor a separate night team messed up the chamber works outside the property and we only had a working wifi connection a day later because of this delay

Ran into some problems with

Ran into some problems with installation the line wasn t live so took a few visits bit the issue was dealt with professionally even though it took a while to sort Internet works great

Eventually G-Networks delivered the

Eventually G-Networks delivered the fibre broadband into my flat It has taken 9 months since I committed to the contract But today it finally arrived The installation team were careful and diligent and careful in a difficult setting All credit to Chris and Carl Team 46 for a tidy job Now I have full Fibre 140 Mbps download and 46 Mbps upload Just what I wanted shame it took so long

Tony saved the day

One star less because a week after we installed GNetwork the service has gone down in our flat and it took 4 days as well as frustrating back and forth to get it back up again However customer service provided by Tony whom I happened to be contacted with after a few days of persisting issue was excellent He was helpful and sympathetic as well as honest about how quickly he can dispatch help and how the compensation process works He helped us solve the issue and followed up without prompted Wonderful service

Qualified praise

Team did an efficient and tidy job and left setup working well Two minor criticisms a they were over an hour late without any contact from their office I was on the phone to the office when they arrived This may have been out of the team s control b scrap offcuts of fibre optic cable and ties were put in the recycle bin They should have been put in the domestic waste bin or better still taken back to your depot for specialist recycling as non-standard waste

Team 9 Jason did a great install

Team 9 Jason did a great install Quick efficient and neat However G Network pre and post admin is less good suggest you work on improving the website and support I managed to connect via my own Router but had to do it alone despite explaining this in advance But at the end of the day I ve migrated from ADSL 50 20 to Fibre 300 100 with 1ms latency for 10 less
